Dinner was reasonably priced and delicious. All the facilities were good and well-equipped. The only downside was that the bed was a bit hard; I felt like there was no mattress topper. Hope they can improve that."

"I chose a hotel with local characteristics and was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I arrived, a staff member helped me with my luggage. The facilities were great: the local climate is unstable, hot during the day and cold at night, but thankfully there was underfloor heating. The bathroom was excellent, with hot water instantly. In this high-altitude area, they even had oxygen supply equipment (medical oxygen). On the first floor, there were several hot spring pools with good quality water, and some room types even had private hot springs. The hotel also had a parking lot and charging stations, making it very convenient for travel. As for the environment: the decor style had distinct local characteristics. And hygiene: I place a high value on cleanliness, and this hotel completely put my mind at ease. It's definitely worth recommending."

"This hotel is absolutely incredible, I can't praise it enough! The views are stunning, and I was so happy during my two-day stay, I almost didn't want to leave. The hotel service was also excellent; they were very responsive to all our requests. The ******* drivers were really fun, and the two guys at the front desk were incredibly enthusiastic. On my first day, I suffered from altitude sickness and went to get oxygen, and one of the front desk staff even waited for me at the entrance – he was so kind. Most importantly, the stay was so comfortable. The bedding was lovely, and all the amenities, like the toiletries, were great."

"I had high expectations for this hotel, given its 5-star rating. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet that standard. I had booked five rooms. We arrived at 6:00 PM, and there was a queue for check-in with only one staff member at the counter. As a result, the service quality was poor. The process was not smooth and was frequently interrupted by other guests. Upon heading to our rooms, we found the hotel corridor lights were not turned on. The dark corridors made it difficult to locate our room numbers. To our disappointment, one of the rooms was not ready. While we would understand an early check-in issue at 2:00 PM, finding an unprepared room at 6:30 PM is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The overall service was a major letdown. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and spacious, breakfast has a good selection."

"The room came with oxygen supply, but the oxygen concentrator was noisy and ineffective. My blood oxygen level was in the 80s without it, and it remained in the 80s even with the oxygen on. Given the high altitude of Daocheng, I wouldn't recommend staying here. If you're heading to Yading, it's better to stay in Shangri-La Town."

"Transportation is convenient. From the visitor center, you can choose between hotel pick-up and drop-off or the scenic area shuttle bus. We arrived early and took the shuttle bus with our luggage. At Line 5, we asked the bus to stop, and hotel staff helped with our luggage so we didn't need to get off and could directly access the scenic area. Most importantly, the hotel staff were attentive and responsive, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended if you appreciate quality accommodations!"
