Compared with the beautiful Aden, the hotel is unsatisfactory. Parking is still very convenient, but the service attitude and professionalism of the front desk and lobby manager are a bit below the four-star level! Does the hotel prohibit smoking? The corridor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and there were cigarette butts at the elevator entrance. You can tell from the photos.

The worst hotel experience ever. We arrived at the hotel before 5pm and asked the restaurant to arrange dinner for two people, but they unexpectedly refused to do so, saying that there was a group dinner at 6pm and the chef was unwilling to take any more orders! This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there is no food nearby and you have to drive to town to eat. Please ask the front desk to coordinate. They said the day before yesterday that the restaurant is not under their control. If you have any opinions, please complain to the restaurant! The hotel advertises that it has oxygen machines, but it turns out they don't care about it. The management of this hotel is terrible. After checking in, I saw the front desk arguing with guests three times. Even when there was not enough toilet paper in the room, the front desk replied that it was impossible because they would put enough toilet paper in every room after cleaning... You need to be generous to stay in this hotel!
