1. The breakfast is not available at all, even for purchase. Need to travel to town to have breakfast.
2. Camp fire dance was not available as described, I know it's cold and low season, but if you can't offer it, do you promise it.
3. A bit far from downtown area.
4. I was downgraded to a small window room, without telling me, only after I requested to change back to my original booking. The property has only 1 double bedroom with large windows, but in the booking process, I can book two double bedrooms with large windows.
5. There is no elevator.

Comfortable bed, clean and warm room. Breakfast is simple noodles. Quite far to downtown, you need a car to back to the hotel. No English service.

Great value for a "Cozy Suite". Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast, barley bread and noodles, was filling but not as enjoyable as a buffet. Cleaning service missed half of throom one day, and there were a lot of insects in the room, and water damage to the floor. Located a short driver from the village center.

The most comfortable B&B I stayed in along the way. The owner and employees were very enthusiastic. They came to help with the luggage as soon as the car stopped and told us the route map and precautions. There were also free plateau fruits and plateau walnuts in the lobby. It can be imagined that the owner is very attentive. The room is also very clean and the floor heating is very comfortable. I will stay here again in the future.

The location is remote, more than 2 kilometers away from the town, and it is all uphill. The boss said there were no taxis in town and gave me the phone number of a driver who charged 30 from the bus station. I just found a driver on the side of the road and he only charged me 15.
It says that breakfast is provided (chargeable), but in fact the hotel does not provide any catering. You have to take a taxi to the town to eat, which is very inconvenient.
The floor heating was not turned on until we moved in, so the room was very cold, so cold that we couldn't take a shower. It didn't get a little warmer until the second half of the night.
The hygiene is terrible, the sheets and towels have holes in them and there is dust everywhere. I picked up the cup and saw how dirty it was.
