Very friendly and helpful staff. They collected me from the bus station as no Didi was available. They also helped to organise my onward travel. The room was very nice. A great place for relaxing but not great as a solo traveller. They had no food suitable for one person and brought a vast amount of bread that mostly had to go to waste. Breakfast was very disappointing as there was no buffet and what arrived was presented very nicely but not great. It was also ironic that for the location of the hotel for the dark skies there was so much light pollution from the walkway outside which didn't switch off until 3am and from various lights in the room that are glowing even without electric current.

The hotel is very disappointing.
Environment: The main starry sky is actually completely invisible, the hotel lights are too bright. Especially the light strip around the pool, which completely blocks the starlight. If you want to see the starry sky, don't book it.
Hygiene: It's really too bad, there are paint spots on the toilet, and the trash can is not even covered with a trash bag.
Facilities: The toiletries are very poor, and the hair is very hard after using shampoo, which is completely inconsistent with the price. There is no oxygen supply at all, the room is very dry, and the water is very stingy with only two bottles.
