The hotel is just right near the ticket office 3 minutes by walking. The room was clean and warm providing a full set of amenities, an electric blanket, and also the oxygen machine. All of the staff have the best service minds, one of them gave me a lot of suggestions before I arrived through WeChat and also prepared a taxi to pick me up at the bus station at late night. Another one gave me good taking care since I got a serious headache when I arrived hotel, he gave me and installed an oxygen machine which helped me feel better eventually. I do appreciate it and waiting to go back again.

Comfortable and nice hotel. Location convenient to visit Yading nature reserve, in the centre of Xianggelila. Many restaurants close by. Quiet street. Most important: the staff is amazingly nice and helpful. They supported us with everything we needed, especially in buying bus tickets for our next destination. They also kept our bags during the three days we were in the reserve and have been very flexible with our dates of reservation. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is simply superb! It's just about 100 meters from the bus station, so I could easily walk there with my luggage – incredibly convenient for independent travelers. Plus, there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, so you'll never have to worry about finding food or essentials. The hotel itself is a beautifully renovated traditional ******* house. Its exterior is very distinctive, and as soon as you step inside, you're enveloped in a rich cultural ambiance. What surprised me most was how the thick walls act like a 'natural climate control'! Even though there are significant temperature fluctuations in high-altitude regions, the room temperature felt remarkably stable, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. It truly embodies the concept of being 'warm in winter and cool in summer'. Staying here offers the perfect blend: you get to experience the authentic charm of ******* architecture while still enjoying comfortable and convenient modern amenities. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly immersive cultural experience!

The pillows are comfortable, and it is very suitable to read books on the chair. The sanitation is very clean, the location is good, quiet, there are many restaurants nearby, there is a massage chair at the door, the boss lady is enthusiastic, and the boss is also very kind. I am satisfied

The owner was very friendly. Litanga helped me find a car. The location of the accommodation was very good because it was close to the city center and quiet. I stayed on the 3rd floor, but there was an elevator so it was not inconvenient.

For the price, the hotel is really value for money. The service is excellent and the hotel staff will promptly attend to your request. The lady boss even took the trouble to notify us when she noticed that our car lights were left on when parked. The bath is also good with rain shower and strong water pressure. There is also free laundry service and the staff provided extra hangers for drying the washed clothes. The bed heater is warm enough for a good night's sleep in cold weather. Breakfast provided is decent and hot. You can also buy oxygen at a super cheap price from the front desk. Besides the room decor being a bit dated and some maintenance are needed, this hotel provides everything you need at a really affordable price.

I'm Thai and this is my first time visiting here. I'm deeply impressed and truly grateful. A staff member was very helpful, making my trip here smooth and enjoyable. The room was beautiful and fully equipped with amenities. I will definitely come back to stay again!

We were tired all the way from 318, and after staying at the Times Aden Hotel, it was the first ray of sunshine in the morning that woke me up☀️, and the tiredness along the way disappeared in an instant. Hence, the quality of the service and assistance provided to the guests is impeccable. We felt like visiting friends because of the sincere assistance extended to us by the owner and his staff.
