Room and Room service is good, but food quality is bad.please avoid food for your little baby. Location is also good.parking facility not available in the hotel.only very few Room got kanchenjunga view.

Great value for money in a town traditionally boasting of a surfeit of hotels. The reception people were very welcoming and explained the rules and regulations as well as the hotel amenities in painstaking detail. The room with the attached washroom was spacious and airy. Rooms were cleaned meticulousky daily on request. The in house restaurant and cafe were always ready to pamper us with mouth watering treats rustled up in a jiffy. The hotel is siruated at a walking distance from the iconic Chowrasta. Plenty of eateries ATM counters and a nearby small mall added to the allure of this place. Overall a great experience and certainly value for money in the Queen of the Hills. Will definitely wish to return here next time.

Close to the mall. Food is excellent. Rooms are big and very neat and clean. Staff behavior is very good. Only problems are hot water timings and restricted food ordering timings.

Stay was average, they provided single beds joined to us, it was not convenient. Food quantity was less for the price they charged
