Istana Is one of the best property in Darjeeling, it’s a must visit place. When you are coming in group the provide seamless service in every aspect . Food is the best part of istana.Vivek at front office helped us a lot for local site seeing and shopping. Thank you Istana for making our Vacations memorable.

Istana was a great stay... it was an amazing stay... the view from the resort was awesome👏 the staff, the food all were superb.. we enjoyed all the days spend there.. we will refer our friends about Istana.. love to visit again

The staff is courteous and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, one downside is that the hotel serves only vegetarian food, with no non-vegetarian options available. Additionally, at this price point, facilities like a gym and a bar would be highly appreciated to enhance the overall experience.
