Dirtiest room I've ever seen .......all the utensils are uncleaned, water in the water bottle, almirahs are broken, chair seats in the room are torn,The staff is very impolite,arrogant and mannerless. Receptionists are trying to make fool of another person in their local language. Never ever come to Yuma hotel.

The service was extremely well the staff was very polite.even i forgot my wallet in the room they contacted us are gave the as it was. The management system is very good and hotel rooms are also good. The food served here is very good 👍👍 anyone can visit this hotel it is definitely good

Excellent service, nice and tidy rooms, the location is very near to town square. It was a good experience overall. The staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were well lit. Toilets were clean. I didn’t have any issues, I will definitely recommend this place

Very good ambiance with good location and the stuffs were very helpful. Good experience with Yuma and the food were delicious with good quality. Definately should come with your family. It is also gives you the haritage of the place and the view also good .

We have excellent experience in food, lodging, house keeping and behaviour. Enjoyed Kanchenjunga from bed. Budget friendly. Wish to visit again. We strongly recommend to stay here with family or friends and experience it once. thank you

Liked the hotel & all staff, particularly Sujan ji who was very cordial. Hotel rooms & service was excellent.👍👍liked it very much. Hotel car service is excellent. Location is also very good. I recommend everybody this hotel during Darjeeling stay.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and sanitized. Food was also very good. Staff was helpful. View from room was great. They pack your breakfast if you have early flight to catch. They even advice for sightseeing and shopping. Mall road is very close to the hotel.

We had stayed at this hotel 3 days back and had booked the Premium Mountain view room... the experience was awesome as the management &staff was always helpful for any need. The room was really grand and luxurious..with the whole of Darjeeling right in front of the bed window..as the weather was foggy these days so could not view the Kanchenjunga from the room... overall it was a pleasant stay and my family loved it...will always treasure the lovely experience !!
