We have booked two suits for two couples. On arrival, the other couple rejected the suit room because it was damp and not ventilated. Instead, they opted for a normal room with balcony facing the busy road. The other suit room was on the terrace. Ok, I liked it. It was lunch time. The restaurant was super crowded, the food was good. So after lunch when it was time to use bathroom, we found there was no water coming to the room. The staffs tried but in vain. So we have to shift to another room. In this way we have to abandon both the suits, that to a lower category in a higher price. Irony is that the next day we got to know there were other suit room in the hotel just beside our room. And the suit room on terrace was also occupied.
