"Our family of four stayed for 5 nights in June. The apartment is clean and spacious. Kitchen is self catering and fully equipped. Supermarket is 10mins walk away. Strong Wifi connection. Cullen Bay and Mindil Beach is a 5 mins drive away."

"A groovy little resort. We epecially loved our time around the pool, taking advantage, along with other guests, of the special little tropical cocktail bar. All of the reception staff were wonderful! They all went right out of their way to help us out in a situation caused by flight changes. Standout, was the girl on late night shift, Monday 29th August. "Very good One of the best hotels to stay in Australia for half a month. Airport taxis are around AUD $ 26-28. A taxi for two persons is better than an airport bus for AUD15 per person. There are several large supermarket walking streets nearby, not far from walking distance. We got off the plane at 1am and arrived at the hotel. The service staff was waiting for us at the door. Full marks."

"The location is perfect but this place do not have a daily cleaning and no restaurant on site.  The staff are very friendly and helpful though The aircon brokedown for a night and it was really hot.  Bins inside the room are too small given that the cleaning doesnt come everyday. They said it's every 7th day. We stayed for 4 nights by the way. Will definitely have to ask this everytime I book Mantra hotels"

"Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good."

"The air-conditioning temperature in the room is fixed and the temperature cannot be adjusted. Only a piece of cloth is provided as a quilt. It is quite cold. There is a blanket but it is a bit old. Finally, we decided to buy a cheap blanket in the supermarket. The music is very late at 11 o'clock in the evening, so be mentally prepared. There is no remote control for the TV in the room."

"First of all, it was very clean because it was renewed. Nevertheless, due to the local characteristics of Darwin, I saw insects in the room on the first day, but when I told the office, I cleaned them and put them in the room. Locationally, there was a mindil sunset market within walking distance and cbd was not too far away. Although I inquired about the check-out rate due to the flight, I was disappointed about the part that cost $30 an hour, but other than that, it was generally a satisfactory visit."

"Everything was great except that there was no quilt in the room and the blanket in the cupboard was more like a sheet so my partner and I didnt sleep well as so cold with the aircon on. Otherwise the room was lovely and very happy."

"We stayed in both apartment types of the studio type one bedroom. The main difference other than the size of the room is The studio has only a shower room and the refrigerator has no freezer. There is no washing machine dryer The apartment type had a bathtub, a freezer, a washing machine and a dryer, and a detergent. The laundry was convenient in my room. Convenient location in the center but very quiet There was a supermarket a 1-minute walk away "

"I had a great stay at Capitanos! The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the beautiful beaches and close to major supermarkets like Coles, which made picking up essentials really easy. There were also several good bars and restaurants nearby, offering plenty of dining options without having to go far. The highlight, though, was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was answering questions, giving local tips, or just creating a welcoming atmosphere, their service really stood out. Overall, Capitanos offered a comfortable and well-located base for exploring the area. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting!"
