We were warmly greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, making us feel welcome right away. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the team went the extra mile to help us register on their app as we are foreigners, ensuring we could easily access Wi-Fi and contact them if needed.
We had called ahead to request a humidifier and air purifier, and were pleased to find them already prepared in our room when we checked in. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the inclusion of an electric toilet with a heated seat was a thoughtful touch, especially during the winter season.
Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was genuinely helpful and sincere in their service, always making sure we were well taken care of. We initially planned to stay from 6/12/24 to 8/12/24 but felt so at home that we decided to extend our stay for an additional two days.
A big thank you to the team at Mecure Hotel for their exceptional service and attention to detail. Me and my Husband had agreed this is best hotel in our 17 days China trip. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning in the future. Great job!

A friend from out of town came to travel and chose this hotel because it is close to Fantawild and the high-speed rail is also convenient. I was amazed when I checked in with me. It completely exceeded my expectations and satisfaction. My friend sent me all kinds of photos that day. , all kinds of praises have made my landlord-friendship vanity greatly satisfied and proud. In addition to being comfortable, the room is extraordinarily large and the details are exquisite. Let’s just post the photos. 交通便利：從高鐵站步行幾分鐘就到，拖着行李也不累，對趕行程的人來説太友好了。
環境舒適：房間簡約又温馨，裝修風格很有格調。床鋪柔軟，衞生間乾淨無異味，住得超安心。
服務貼心：前台辦理入住快速，還主動推薦周邊美食。早餐豐富，中西餐都有，開啟活力滿滿的一天。

美居在某住會體系裡屬於“高檔型”，可高檔的標準不應該只有硬件（整體都還可以），軟件服務更是重要。
剛到酒店，前台一男（圖1）一女兩位都在給客人辦理入住，我排在下一位。待男生這邊辦理完看了我一眼後就去一旁指點女生，我不知是否到我了繼續在後麪排着，又等了一會兒我有點不耐煩了（辦理入住時候已經快3點了，有點累），催問“是否能辦理了”，這時黑衣服男生回答“可以辦理啊！”那我就想知道了，你看見我在排隊，上一個辦理完後不理我去一邊幹別的，非得我問你才能輪到我麼？
後來在房間外也是碰見他，説起之前詢問充電樁的事，哥們低頭看手機，全程沒抬眼看我。請問這是酒店服務人員培訓的標準麼？
還有個細節，出房間門看見一整車的歡迎水果，還以為會稍後送過來，後來發現根本沒我們的。這還分三六九等，也是第一次遇見。
最後走的時候，電梯裏遇到的工程部小夥子和前台辦理退房的幾位工作人員倒是特別有禮貌。

1.屋內只有一次性拖鞋，洗浴拖鞋需要和前台要，小機器人會給你送來。
