Wei Fengyun She (Datong Ancient City Wudingmen)

The room was very nice, well decorated and had great facilities. The head of the bed is covered with wall coverings and embroidered paintings (Photo 2). The glass walkway used for the patio (Photo 3), when you walk up you can see the cacti below, which is quite interesting. Walk back and forth more often and you will probably get used to the glass bridge. It should be because the decoration was completed not long ago, there is still a bit of decoration smell, but it is not that pungent smell. The children said there is no formaldehyde smell.

The most satisfying thing about this trip is this homestay! When I came to Datong, I chose to stay in the ancient city and was immediately attracted by this courtyard homestay. - Location: The B&B is right in the center of the ancient city. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to Huayan Temple and Shanhua Temple. It’s also very close to the ancient city wall, so it’s very convenient to go for a walk at night. There are also many specialty food stores around, serving authentic Datong knife-cut noodles and mutton offal to satisfy your appetite. - Environment: The Siheyuan retains the traditional architectural style, with green tiles and gray walls, antique charm, and there are several trees in the yard, which feels particularly cozy. The room is warmly decorated, clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, and I feel very safe staying here. - Service: The owner and staff are very enthusiastic. When checking in, they not only gave us travel tips, but also recommended restaurants with great value for money. After checking out, they can help store your luggage. I will stay here again next time I come to Datong!
