We booked a non-smokers room, but everything smelled like smoke in the whole hotel and rooms. We moved to a different room with less smell but everything smells smoky, even the linen.
There is a smoking forbidden sign in the lift but the janitor entered it with a lit cigarette in his mouth.
Otherwise, pretty ok hotel.

The sanitary conditions are really unsatisfactory. When I checked in, there was yellow water in the sink. I don't know if it was tea that was poured or something else. Basic cleaning was not done at all. Someone turned over in the upper level of the LOFT, and dust immediately began to accumulate underneath. All things could only be piled at the door, and there was no way to put them under the compartments.
I came here during the Chinese New Year because I really had no other choice. The 500+ price tag is really a money grab.

There were centipedes in the hotel. I was shocked. There was a strange smell when I entered the room. The space was ridiculously narrow and the lights were extremely dim. I said I would pay more and you would change a room for me, but you told me there was no more room! There are still rooms available for booking on Ctrip. Are you telling me that I can’t change?
