Let me first state the conclusion. I do not recommend this hotel. I do not understand why Ctrip would recommend this hotel. The previous recommendations were all good, but this time I really stepped on the pit.
The room is very small, there is no window, the bedsheets are not clean, and the child said it was itchy after entering the room for a while
Although I booked a basic room, I had Ctrip's upgrade rights when placing an order. I contacted the front desk to change the room and was told that there was no room and I could not upgrade. However, I immediately booked another room. After being slapped on the spot, the front desk admitted that they were unwilling to upgrade the room.
Although I still changed the room after a lot of arguing, I heard a sentence in my ear after turning my back, "I booked a basic room and wanted to take advantage of changing the room." To be honest, it is not that your room hygiene is not up to standard, and we have never thought about changing the room. Secondly, changing the room is a right given by Ctrip. You can not play if you can't afford it. We really don't like the little melons and two dates of your hotel. Finally, I want to say to Ctrip, you should carefully review the hotel recommendations and ratings, and don't recommend everything; as for Chendong Hotel, you should take good care of the room hygiene and the quality of the front desk.
