This place is great, run by a wonderful couple. The atmosphere was all you could hope for, the owners are friendly, welcoming and a joy to deal with. The pool was the perfect temperature and a welcome relief after a long day exploring. Wish I could have stayed longer. I recommend this highly.

Loved my 10 day stay at Higala. Far from the madding crowd, and a perfect place to unwind after a busy year. Peter and Anna were amazing hosts and couldn’t do enough for me. Special mention to Nero the dog as well. Motorbike hire was easy and the breakfasts exceptional. The perfect place to summise, and would still be there if it were possible.
