The place is neat and clean the bed is heavenly comfortable the bedding so white and clean and the whole room itself from the fixtures of bathroom to the tiles isn’t cheap ac,hot and cold shower works perfect - maybe this is a new hotel, and there is also a pool which I have missed to look it up in the rooftop… The location is very close by to SM-lanang- though do not expect the area is upscale it’s in the neighborhood of people lives on their ordinary living - the hotel serves only a Filipino breakfast Nothing else what’s on their list is what all you get! And it’s Not appetizing ! - the front staff are friendly and just okay but they are not so attentive to you and No idea how to give any details to help you out and about the City 😑 … Grab is your butler anyway… and SM-lanang is a big bonus to this place where you can find the eats all you want ! Lastly, Free drinking water in dispenser and free Hot water any time …

I loved Acacia hotel. Affordable, wide room area, prompt service. Loved the buffet service of the breakfast . Nice gym and pool. Courteous security at the front entrance.

it was an amazing and Peaceful stay in this Hotel friendly Staff,One thing ive notice is the Restaurant Inside It needs an Improvement but overall Very safe and convenient place for A guest

Location is strategic. Room is very neat. Toilet and bath are clean as well. Beside fastfood chains. Easy access to transportation. Worth your money. Well-recommended to other short stay visitors.

Beds are uncomfortable and hard with only one hard pillow per person. In room TV's are old and bathrooms need a complete overhaul.

near SM Lanang and there’s also a walking distance Starbucks

It's an average type of hotel unfortunately it lacks some of the amenities that I'm looking for in a hotel. There is not elevator and you need to take the stairs to go up. Also there is no shampoo and only a small soap provided. The receptionists were good and accomodating.

The surrounding area was in the city center, so it was convenient because there was a commercial area. The hotel was friendly and clean. I booked because there was only a single room, but the room was quite small.
