位置就在景區門口，步行大概7、8分鐘這樣子。店家自己有停車位置，設施都蠻新的。雖然沒有早餐但樓下很多粉店早上都會開門。住在這裏的優勢就是可以吃完早餐慢條斯理地進園區、喝杯咖啡等上游越南放水（枯水期），還有省去園區擺渡車的費用。但如果店家能稍微提醒一下進山選遊客中心那條大路進去就更好了，我們去的時候選錯了路，開鄉道開得差點懷疑人生😂

一開始覺得訂的是民宿，還很擔心，到了真的超驚喜，房間大，乾淨，裝修風格也非常喜歡，老闆一家態度很好，還幫扛行李上樓，特別是老闆的炒粉超好吃，在老闆店裡買特產還能優惠，真的很Nice！還有不要在景區停車場停車，要收費30元，直接開到民宿門口，卸行李，老闆會安排免費停車的地方！

就在景區大門附近。可以開車進去。會安排停車。裝修挺新的，民宿老闆也很熱心服務很周到。房間比較大也乾淨衞生。一點點的缺點：隔音比較差。隔壁是工具房，一大早工作人員做事吧？在房間聽到聲音很大，影響休息。

在德天瀑布附近村裡的民宿，逛了一圈，應該是當地最新的民宿了！沒有電梯，需要爬樓梯，對於行動不便者要認真考慮，但前台工作人員會很熱情幫忙拿行李！自駕過去的商家會幫忙找停車位！

是德天屯裏裝修較好的民宿。早飯要起得早晚點有些品種沒了。夜晚吃吃逛逛德天很愜意。中方這邊的人間煙火和界河對岸越南的黑燈瞎火形成鮮明對比。

房間床超大，睡覺很舒服。停車場就在旁邊，晚上10點前樓下很熱鬧，10點後營業結束後也很安靜。前台小姐姐服務態度也超好！

房間設施衞生乾淨，老闆服務也不錯，位置就在景區路面，住這裏的遊客要先在景區遊客中心買好門票，就是單純的門票，不含區間車的門票，因為這裏進景區真的就是區間車終點，在網上買門票價格都是含區間車票的，再從這裏進區間車票就白花了，這個景區神滴很，衹有遊客中心有單純門票賣，專門坑人區間車票，老闆要多多提醒住客哦

春節出行，一定要定裏面，不會出現意外。這家大概是德天裏算好的了。但總體還是不能有酒店的預期，預期低就會比較舒服。本人對住宿要求比較高，就還算過得去，能住的那種。老闆娘很仔細，服務也可以。
