Huayue Shanshui Gallery Hotel, Daxin Detian

The room was tiny, the toilet right next to the bed, and the glass was nearly transparent. The toilet paper was only one-third full from the previous guest, with no fresh rolls left nearby. There was no refrigerator, the stairs were wet and dirty, and the soundproofing was terrible. The next morning, there was even a power and water outage. When they saw I was bringing a child, the front desk didn't even offer to provide a toothbrush or shoes. They even had to ask outside before returning to get them. This is my first negative review because it's so bad. How can they afford to charge five-star hotel prices? The only good thing was the comfortable bedding.

The hotel is nice, right on the China-Vietnam border. There are many Vietnamese dishes to try around it. It is very close to Detian Cross-border Waterfall, a 3-kilometer drive away. The staff are also very enthusiastic and the recommended specials are very affordable. Highly recommended!

What surprised me most about this store is the service. It really puts customers first. They help with luggage and provide laundry service. There are charging stations, which is very convenient. The view is also good. Except that it is a little expensive, there is nothing wrong with it.
