設施：想着近德天瀑布就隨便訂個稍微好點，到民宿才發現簡陋空間小
衞生：一般般，多螞蟻
環境：吵雜，隔音極差，晚上23點隔壁吵架關門聲音不斷，打電話到前台才有人來説説才停止吵架
服務：服務算可以，忘記了買票地方在10公裡外，前台工作人員幫忙去買

自駕遊選了這家最家酒店主要省了兩個人的景區接駁車的費用70塊，車的停車費10元，（酒店的人會帶你把車停在他們的免費停車場）可以直接開進景區檢票口，酒店離檢票口衹有100米左右，可以有充足的時間盡情遊覽德天瀑布，房間乾淨衞生，晚上也睡的挺好。廁所甚至還配了智能馬桶！酒店一樓還有吃的，豐儉由人。

多年前來住的也是這一家酒店，樓下的粉店就是酒店的早餐店，多種粉可供選擇，酒店的客房不錯，最重要的就是離景區太近了，十分贊

酒店的地理位置超級好，就在德天瀑布檢票口對面，提前一天入住，第二天睡到自然醒去檢票，超級方便，不會堵在路上，還省了35塊擺渡車的錢。酒店房間還是不錯的，樓下就是餐飲，可以打折，前台服務也很好，非常值得推薦！

我的定酒店習慣就是刷差評……一度看他們家差評很是糾結……然後，入住後我的滿意度超高……en……位置超讚！就在德天瀑布出入口……你在房間裏可以看到出入口……出門走幾步就是的那種……房間很整潔，唯**ug……通過露台門傳來隔壁聲音太清晰了……
早晨7點，左側那一户……一個大姐一早誇張的在露台嚷嚷……好好看啊！好好看啊！！！有病吧……不知道擾民嗎……那大嗓門……後來還和兒子吵起來了……無語🙄不過感謝這一早大嗓門，讓我起了個早，去樓下慢慢吃了個早飯～
民宿這邊給代買票的喲，純門票80r那種～辛苦一早去給大家排隊買票了哇～

要是去看瀑布住景區邊是最好的，就是這家的停車場有點遠，在山上一公裡外，需要做她們安排的擺渡車的，離近期步行3分鐘就到，酒店住的還不錯，陽台很大，但是也看不到瀑布一點，夜晚是真安靜，沿着公路走一段能看到對岸的越南人，她家有自己的飯店，可以吃住一條龍，這附近感覺吃飯都一樣一般
