還沒進酒店，那外貌已經勸退我了，就像裝修沒完成放了已久的爛尾樓，敍利亞風。我還去前台問確定一下我是否走錯了。不過前台服務員的態度還不錯。

地理位置很不錯，出去玩去吃飯都方便，門口就有租電動車和邊三車的攤位，後面的有一大片停車場，真心方便。風景的話如圖，還不錯，不過話説衹要你住進景區也沒太大必要追求房間的景色，因為你出門就到處是景。設備基本滿足，住着是舒適的，但還是可以更完善吧。其中淋浴間和廁所本來應該有乾濕分離，但不知道為啥淋浴間的玻璃門沒有了，所以洗完澡廁所位置會很濕，這點不太好。
我最想稱讚的是店家的服務員都很熱情周到，特別是那幾位姐姐，還熱情推薦遊玩的路線。另外，出來玩扭到腳，民宿裏還提供了冰袋、鐵打葯和綳帶，後續行程的一家四星酒店反而沒有，鮮明的對比。

很滿意，讓我印象深刻的是以下幾點:
1，酒店地段在明仕田園景區遊客中心旁邊的南面，靠近田園的邊上，景色也是可以的，吃飯逛街很方便很方便的。
2，雙床房間很大，裝修很現代感，還有一個浴缸出乎我意料（後續瞭解到不是每個房間都有）。沒有異味，安靜度可以的。
3，雙床房的床可以移動，非常適合親子家庭出遊。
4，酒店提供早飯的，早飯種類不多，但也是夠吃的。

酒店在明仕田園裡麪，出行很便利，周邊風景非常好，尤其是晚上，還可以租電瓶車出去騎行。
名字叫酒店，但實際上不能算是酒店，就是個名宿，按酒店的標準看，服務、設施都比較一般，睡覺翻身床都會動，按民宿標準的話，勉強可以接受吧，春節期間，價格偏貴，而且貴很多。。

酒店的風景還是不錯的，落地窗一片田野像世外桃源，但是有幾點差強人意
第一點晚上沖涼沒有熱水，要洗温涼的冷水澡，洗澡鼻塞
第二2整理房間的人以怕弄亂衣服沒理由不整理房間，床居然也不鋪一下，衹是換了個垃圾桶而已，出去玩一天，房間還是亂亂的，影響心情。
第三有一晚被告知，可能隨時停電

都很好的 前台有免費的小橘子 位置很方便門口就能租車騎行。景色也好 雖然酒店外觀看着一般 但是住進去 很讓人驚喜 浴缸可以泡澡 房間佈置的很合理 床大 舒服。缺點是洗澡水太小 第二天居然水壞了 沒洗上澡。這裏要減分。

這裏對於去了陽朔農村的，吸引力會弱很多，德天瀑布並沒有亞洲第一的雄偉，和黃果樹還是有比較大的差距，整個片區配套還沒有完善好，吃飯，租電動車，其他物價整體較高，之所以較高就是因為整個片區的品質沒上去，和大理之類的民宿比，這裏很多的民宿服務意識還比較淡薄，希望未來能夠健康的可持續發展吧。另酒店早餐很簡單，自助米粉，搭配幾個速凍包子饅頭，周邊稻田冬天來啥也沒有，酒店房間對於親子不太友好，明仕田園晚上的篝火晚會也讓人很尬，唯一欣慰得就是可以放煙花了

民宿位置還是不錯的，出門右轉就是景區竹筏入口，打電話可以叫觀光車來民宿接，在田園裡麪繞一圈也算打卡了。早餐品種不多但是味道不錯，細細的米粉很入味，晚餐點菜也做的比較地道。
