A quiet hotel on the main street. My room was very comfortable with super views over the river. Breakfast was better than average with hot and cold choices and despite some issues with the coffee machine on the first day, all in all very nice. The garden, which abuts the river is a lovely place to relax.

We stayed here several days whilst exploring Texel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Nice and quiet, it's a great location for bird watching, the lighthouse and convenient for local shops including a bakers, bike hire and a supermarket. Our room was simple but comfortable and very clean and tidy with a lovely view towards field and woods. Breakfast was good and Caroline and Marco were very helpful and friendly. The lounge is very pleasant with tea/coffee available. The hotel does not have its own parking but we had no problem finding on-street parking either right outside or very close to the hotel. One night we had to park a bit further away in the free car park opposite the supermarket but that was no big deal.

We komen al een aantal jaren heel graag een paar keer per jaar genieten op Texel. We verblijven dan altijd in Hotel Het Anker, een TOP accommodatie. De kamers zijn sfeervol ingericht, hartstikke schoon, de bedden slapen lekker, het ontbijt is uitgebreid en smaakt fantastisch. De mannen van Van Dee doen het GE-WEL-DIG. Bovendien kun je naast het hotel ook nog eens heerlijk eten in restaurant De Rog, Casa di Gio’s waar beide heren ook de eigenaars van zijn. We kunnen niet wachten tot ons volgende weekendje Texel. Dan verblijven we zeker weten weer in Hotel het Anker van Texel!!

Wir waren im Oktober für 2 Nächte im Hotel Het Anker in De Cocksdorp. Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kamen an und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Kaffee und Tee stehen im Aufenthalts- und Speiseraum kostenlos den Gästen zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht den Gästen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. In unserem liebevoll eingerichteten und ruhigem Gartenzimmer haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Gezellig knus hotel , prima en schone kamer, toegankelijk en vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk ontbijt in een heerlijk rustig en gezellig klein dorp nabij prachtige natuur zoals de slufter. Een heerlijke plek om simpel te genieten en te ontspannen te fietsen en in de namiddagen een wijntje te drinken. Elke keer weer genieten 👍🏼🙏🏼. Tot volgend jaar 😉

Mooi en knus en gezellig hotel. Het ontbijt was erg goed verzorgd. het personeel is erg vriendelijk. De kamers waren erg netjes. Ik kom hier zeker terug! Dit hotel is echt een aanrader. En het dorpje De Cocksdorp is ook heel gezellig en de mensen zijn allemaal vriendelijk.

Een bijzonder prettige ervaring. Allereerst de kamer. Wij sliepen in de tuinkamer. Prima kamer, schoon en goed ingericht. Uitstekend bed. Zitje aanwezig. Badkamer netjes, modern en schoon. Heerlijk stil ''s nachts. Prettige huiskamer voor algemeen gebruik. Uitstekend ontbijt. Wat we vooral prettig vonden was de kleinschaligheid. Gemoedelijke eigenaar. Dit was ons t****e verblijf en als we weer op het eiland moeten zijn, zullen we hier zeker weer boeken.
