Business Hotels in Delhi

Pros - Great location, Staff is friendly. Cons - interiors of the rooms are old and aged, and showing it's age. Lack soundproofing so I can hear loud noises from outside my door. Breakfast is decent but options. Shower area is inside a bathtub and no anti-slip mat is provided. It's incredibly risky. Did not expect a 5 star luxury hotel to be using cheap single ply toilet papers.

the location is near to metro station but still need to take car to get to the station, room cleaness can be improved but as its a old hotel so its acceptable

Overall I liked this hotel, everything seemed well appointed, Breakfast was very good also. Only disapointment was upon arrival the hotel couldnt find my booking, but after a short while the problem was resolved.

Very nice hotel connecting to a shopping mall. Breakfast is also good. Most importantly cleanliness is valued dearly. Will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip

A really easy option for an over night stay in Delhi, close to the airport. Quick check in, comfortable beds. Rooms are a little tired but still adequate for the stay. Breakfast buffet is excellent. A good range of options. The fresh dosa are a must try!!!

We stayed at Welcomehotel by ITC in Delhi for a single night, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-suited for business travelers, offering a comfortable and professional atmosphere. The quality of food was excellent, making the dining experience enjoyable. A special mention to the reception staff, who were exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Their warm hospitality made check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for a short stay, especially for business travelers. Would definitely recommend it!

Just an amazing experience. Especially the staff, who took great care of my family, just showcasing exceptional hospitality. They had a warm welcoming environment and I enjoyed my stay with all its amenities specially the view from the room and the Pool. They performed way beyond my expectations.

Nice Hotel, and had a wonderful stay. Location was convenient, and the room was very neat & ideal in size. The breakfast was nice & as expected in such a hotel, but what stood out for me was the staff that was taking care of everyone. They were all extremely polite & helpful. Building next to it had a food court in the basement. Just hope that the check in process can be a bit smoother & faster, as there were multiple counters & there are people lining everywhere. Keep a standard line so everyone can get their stuff done one by one, rather than guessing which line to be in. And if someone from the hotel team can get in touch with Google + Uber, so that the proper drop off location at the entrance is shown on google maps, it would be very helpful Right now you end up at the back exit when you take an uber.

The room is spacious and clean with complete facilities. There is a department store next to the hotel. There is a shopping mall on the left hand side of the subway line when you leave the hotel. It is about 800 meters away. There are chain hamburger restaurants, KFC and several restaurants, as well as various beverage stores, which is very convenient for us who don't like curry.
