Well. Not bad as for Indian standards.

It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed! The staff stole my money when I was out from hotel. When I came back and noticed it, I called the police, saw the camera proofing where it is seen that a person entered my room ( what is the purpose to enter my room at 1:47 am???) But the owner didn’t do any actions, didn’t return money or apologize This place is not safe! Never stop there!

Decent guest house and rooms, good for family/business/solo travellers located at prime location in south delhi, just to let know, the rooms are on 2nd floor and this guest house does not has lift, else its definitely worth a stay.

Great staff and decor in room. Rooftop is fully decorated. Food is also great home cooked meals are available at affordable price. It is a must booked property at good location near m block market . Thanks

DISCLAIMER We haven’t been here yet but we had made a booking through HostelWorld. Their terms on conditions placed on HostelWorld aren’t ACTUALLY their terms and conditions. Shortly after booking, they had sent us a text stating different terms and conditions that weren’t on their HostelWorld page. The text stated that we had to pay the full amount before we got to the property and it had to be an online/ bank transfer and that we couldn’t cancel if we didn’t meet their new conditions, when on Hostelworld it states something completely different. We texted them to see why this was and they responded in a very passive aggressive manner. We weren’t really bothered by this, we just wanted to know if there was a good enough reason behind the change of terms. Long story short, the text messages got us nowhere and so we decided to call them, and what the guy over the phone told us was, he was basically worried that we were going to cancel on him and so that’s why he wanted to full amount now and that cancellations were the main why they’ve altered their terms on conditions… what? Don’t feel like I can trust these guys right now, maybe they’ve had a rough time, but still not a way to treat customers/ guests when you work for a business that’s kinda meant to make people feel safe and welcome. Not a business manager so you don’t have to hear me out, but in my opinion it you want your guests to be happy and in future have even more guests you may want to. Update your terms and conditions frequently. Be patient with customers and attentive to their queries. Don’t have dodgy people on your communications team… or actually anywhere in your business.

By god's grace I didn't have to go through the miserable experience of staying at this property because they canceled my booking without any prior intimation. This property follows a very greedy malpractice of canceling the booking at the last moment if the booking is not done directly with them. I had booked the property via Agoda. and 4 days before the checking date they messaged me via agoda that they aren't able to reach me and my contact details are invalid. I saw the message and called them to inform them that the booking was done via agoda and whatever contact info they received was via agoda. It cannot be the case that I get booking details on my mobile number and email ID, but the property gets a different contact number. I have booked with agoda several times earlier and never faced any such issue. The owner of property Surbhi Sharma claims that it is a mandate to check contact info of the guest before check-in. I am a frequent traveler and I have never come across any property confirming contact details and canceling the booking for a stupid reason that the contact number was not reachable. When I asked the staff Satish why he canceled the booking without any intimation and why he didn't mention about the same on agoda, he said your booking is via agoda so check with them. If you want to book with us, book from our website. I asked him to match the price at which I had booked earlier and he said I will have to pay higher while booking from their website. If they are not interested in serving the bookings from different OTAs why the hell is their property listed on these platforms? @Surbhi, before you bring out this point that I spoke with your staff disrespectfully let me tell you that yes, I did that AFTER you guys canceled my stay at the last minute without any prior intimation and ruined my travel plans
