2 night stay in the Leonardo Derby and was a fabulous stay from start to finish. Reception service from Patricio was first class once again. We actually came to stay at this hotel due to the wonderful reception we received from Patricio last week! Room was excellent and bar staff and drinks once again if the highest order. Thank you all again and see you next time ☺️

Fabulous customer service; however rooms do need updating/maintenance which unfortunately put me off. Personally would not choose to stay again if I had the choice due to this.

We came to this hotel for our anniversary and asked for the same room we had before 901 , the hotel staff member Jess and the reception team went above and beyond to make this happen and even left us a lovely note and some sweets which was such a lovely thing to do. This hotel is wonderful and we love it and we will definitely be back soon.

The location was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was not very informative when I asked for advice regarding where to visit or dine within the city.

The place is nice and clean. Spacious room and bathroom as well. the only thing we would say about is the parking area. but it was not that far anyway from the hotel.
