Some hairs on pillow cases. Carpet and skirting filthy and grimy. Single glazing meant a cold and noisy room. Very disappointing to be honest."

The location was not that great as it was on the other side of town (and the worst part is that the connecting bridge was the train station itself -＞ meaning I had to ask train staff to let me through everytime i wanted to go to the main town area, though maybe its the city design that failed). Anyways, very clean room and bathroom. Probably really good if travelling by car!"

"Beautiful accommodation comprising of 4 gorgeous 'cottages'in a peaceful and well cared for setting - including garden areas for our use. We stayed only one night before a wedding but wish we could have stayed longer. High quality and tasteful furnishings /fittings and absolutely spotless to boot. Lots of lovely little touches made us feel very welcome and we loved our stay as brief as it was. We can't recommend this place enough!"

"Great location and lovely view of the river (paid a little extra for the riverside view room). Pat checked us in and she was very friendly, smiley and helpful. She’s a real asset to the Premier Inn. My youngest daughter has CMPA, a Milk allergy and she’s always been able to have the mini blueberry muffins (although a may contain) at Premier Inn which has been a godsend as she see’s her older sister have pancakes ect and would otherwise miss out. However unfortunately it appears they’ve recently changed the supplier/recipe and it now contains milk. And although they will cook eggs separately and she can have cereal with oat or soya milk there now isn’t any sweet treat breakfast option for her. Which is disappointing."
