Poor lighting, couldn’t figure out how to just turn on 1 light. Bathroom lights to bright to keep light on all night. You should install small night light in bathroom. The staff was so friendly! We had a bit of miscommunication between the hotel and trip.com regarding payment, but they got it worked out quickly and the staff were quick to make things right for us! We enjoyed both the hot tub & pool and both were exactly what we needed!! The hotel was far enough from downtown to be peaceful but close enough that everything was accessible. The biggest thing that stood out was how accommodating the staff were. Absolutely recommend.

Two bedrooms, one king bed, two Queen beds, two families, and a washing machine dryer on the first floor, very convenient!

Very good hotel, every service staff is very patient... I can hardly speak English, and I can use translation software to be barrier-free... Good breakfast, very good drop-off service... Very close to the airport... The big supermarket next to it is convenient Shopping for food... I haven't commented on Ctrip for many years, this hotel is worth recommending...
