"Upon my arrival on October 3, 2025, there was no one to help me with the trolley and luggage to room 411. The next day, I found a thin maid in the room during lunchtime. I was waiting for the hotel to send me the review slip, as they do everywhere else, but nothing. My Roku is still there, but its remote is with me. I'm waiting to be reunited with my little Roku. "Booked an early flight and checked into the hotel on the first day. I was a freshman who returned home during the winter vacation. I had just turned 18. Other hotels did not allow me to check in, so I temporarily changed my stay to this hotel. I called the front desk in advance to confirm that people over 18 could check in. The hotel's pick-up and drop-off service is great. There are a lot of delicious food around the hotel, and you can also order takeaway to your room. Free breakfast was actually served at 3 a.m., the room was very clean, and it was very close to the airport. This experience was great and I will stay here next time."
