Overall a good stay! The staff were polite and helpful throughout. The food was not bad, with a decent variety. The facilities are quite new and well-maintained. Loved the hot bathtub in the room – super relaxing! The swimming pool was clean and properly maintained too. Would recommend for a short getaway.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
Great sea view and beach is clean.
Only downside is that hotel is a bit old and we had communication issue where we have ended up been charged RM60 (rm10 per pax)for a 300 metre destination😀

We stay here because of the cleanliness.there is beach and swimming pool. Japanese restaurant and chinese restaurant at the resort if you dont want to go far. Nearest town will be Desaru Utama but will need taxi or grab to reach there.

Although the resort exterior looks a bit old, the interior of the room still feels pretty good. Nice resort with a 'private' beach just 100 meters away. The Japanese restaurant in the resort was good, breakfast choices were well spread with different dishes in the 2 mornings I spent. Overall, a nice hotel stay despite raining continuously for the 2nd and 3rd day.

Room was spacious and clean but balcony has a lot of bird **** which are not clean off. Also there is a power outage on the first day of stay during the night at 2am but was only settle at 5am.. so have to sleep without Aircon. Also the Aircon has loud noisy while operating which is quite disturbing while sleeping at night ..
