去大茅山遊玩，在這家酒店入住，周邊環境不錯，安靜優美整潔，房間設施不錯，比較大，

1，房間有很多蟑螂，在地上爬來爬去，而且很臭，窗户是壞的，由於窗户被釘死，衹留一點兒空間，所以走進去一股異味。由於住5樓，窗户外邊是4層的天台，感覺不夠安全。
2，空調遙控器很不靈，開了機後，就沒有辦法關機，衹好把整個插頭拔掉。
最讓人氣憤的是下水道堵塞，洗澡時臟水浸泡腳面。
3，由於穿拖鞋半夜上廁所，一腳踩下去，不知道是廁所溢出來的水還是下水道的水、浸濕了我們的腳，感覺非常噁心，我着涼了，第二天腳好癢，頭又疼。衹好自己買葯塗，買葯吃。這是有史以來住過最不愉快，可以説是最糟心的一晚。

在休息的時候突然一個陌生女人能刷卡突然而入，沒有理由沒有交代，去前台投訴，給的結果是當天房費八折四十塊錢，***瞬間氣笑了，媽的***敷衍了，我住兩天，跟我談單天，這還是所謂申訴結果，我懶得説什麼，差評沒商量，把別人當**，有蟲有蜘蛛，説了沒有反應，跟服務員説了也沒用，拉倒吧，垃圾酒店，還一直説給政府部門服務，你配?
