德興學苑大酒店在政府大樓附件，乾淨衞生： 整體評價蠻好。客房普遍保持整潔，床品、毛巾更換及時，無明顯污漬。公共區域如大堂、走廊也較為乾淨。衞生間設施維護尚可，無明顯水垢或異味，體現基本清潔標準。衞生間不大但做到了乾濕分離。安靜程度： 表現中等偏上。得益於其位置在政府大樓和小區附近，外部環境噪音較小。酒店內部隔音尚可，能阻隔大部分走廊人聲。客服小姐姐比較熱情，有需求會盡量滿足客户！
總結： 酒店在衞生和安靜方面能滿足基本舒適需求，衞生可靠，環境相對寧靜，性價比較高！

去大茅山遊玩，在這家酒店入住，周邊環境不錯，安靜優美整潔，房間設施不錯，比較大，

1，房間有很多蟑螂，在地上爬來爬去，而且很臭，窗户是壞的，由於窗户被釘死，衹留一點兒空間，所以走進去一股異味。由於住5樓，窗户外邊是4層的天台，感覺不夠安全。
2，空調遙控器很不靈，開了機後，就沒有辦法關機，衹好把整個插頭拔掉。
最讓人氣憤的是下水道堵塞，洗澡時臟水浸泡腳面。
3，由於穿拖鞋半夜上廁所，一腳踩下去，不知道是廁所溢出來的水還是下水道的水、浸濕了我們的腳，感覺非常噁心，我着涼了，第二天腳好癢，頭又疼。衹好自己買葯塗，買葯吃。這是有史以來住過最不愉快，可以説是最糟心的一晚。

一般般，房間很暗，沒幾個燈，早餐第一次遇到要去酒店外面早餐店吃的，一個湯一份小籠包，自費是10塊錢
