I can't judge because I had an accident on my way to Diano. 4 on trust because I know the place and I know it's beautiful. ...I hope to be able to go there in a few months if my broken shoulder allows it.

Used business as a selection but it was a group holiday. Location and staff excellent but food not very good standard. Group of 19 arrived at nearly midnight after a long day of travelling. We expected light snack but were given paper bag containing a bottle of water and 2 slices of dry bread, not buttered, containing a slice of ham and cheese. Fixed menu for our group wasn't good although after our tour director complained the last meal was an improvement.

It was a very positive stay at the hotel with a warm welcoming by the service-minded and caring staff. The rooms were very clean and confortable with a balcony facing the beach and the sea. A nice in-house restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Great little hotel, in a great location, really friendly staff and breakfast that is plentiful. We had a short break here, and great location to explore the area, and stagger conveniently across the road to enjoy the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this attractive hotel, particularly our spacious and comfortable room and the nice balcony with a table and chairs. It was so nice seeing the sunset and sunrise on the balcony and listening to the waves hit the shore. The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful, very friendly and helpful, and the rest of the staff was nice, too. There was a good restaurant next door, and paid parking not far away. The only downside, for which I subtracted a point, was the breakfast buffet. The buffet had a nice variety of choices, and was freshly made. However they only had one machine for coffee! So there was always a long line. On top of that, people were filling up large thermoses and carafes, so those of us just wanting a cup of coffee had a long wait. There should be a sign telling people to NOT fill up large containers, out of courtesy to others guests. And the hotel should get another machine (or two), or offer guests prefilled pots of coffee. Other than this annoyance, our stay was great.

This is a lovely hotel, directly on the sea front. All staff were very friendly, helpful & considerate. Rooms were clean & comfortable & bathroom was easily accessible with a walk in shower. There was a small balcony with table & chairs. Sadly weather wasn’t good enough for us to enjoy it or the views over the sea. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection available & it was regularly replenished. We were on a fixed menu for the evening but there was choice & what we had was tasty & enjoyable. There is a more extensive menu available. They had access to a section of beach (charge involved but this is standard in Italy). If we were in the area again, we would consider using it.
