Hotel was located near a shopping area/mall, walking distance to the convention center, as well as the waterfront and other malls within 20 minutes walk. Very convenient for shopping/eating with lots of options. Check-in/checkout was a breeze via machine. if you wanted late checkout you could do so for a minimal charge right from the hotel room TV. Luggage lockup available, however, it was full when we got there, had to go to 'overflow' where luggage was placed in a roped off sitting area in the lobby. Room was VERY small considering it was a double room. We probably couldn't open both of our bags on the floor. It had all the amenities tho, a bed, couch, TV stand, clothes hanging spot and a coffee machine table with fridge and charging area. The bathroom was almost a part of the room, clear glass separating bathroom area (again pretty small area) and bedroom. There was an option to close curtain between room and bathroom. A small window from bathroom which was hard to see out of, was our only natural light. I bet some rooms have an awesome view tho. Amenities are available from the ground floor, tea, coffee (for the room), soap, toiletries. We did not eat here, there is a coffee place across the hotel where we went for breakfast. Overall, a nice hotel, would stay here again.

The outside of the building is huge. There are so many amenities to choose from at reception. Definitely gives the impression its a 4* hotel. When I got into my room I could see rust and marks in the bathroom, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I wasn't pleased that the WiFi kept cutting out constantly. Now I got the impression it was a 2-3* hotel. Room service was excellent until the last night when they forgot to leave a night dress. The location is excellent, very close to the station and surrounded by shops. There's an amazon locker close by which helps with my online shopping addiction lol. I forgot to take a picture of the hotel and the amazing view but I got one of the symbol in the front garden.

The hotel is very quiet, and the rooms are quite spacious. From the room window, you can see both the sea and the train tracks.
Although it's located in Toyosu, it's actually very convenient to get to the city center. I highly recommend taking the #01 bus route (pictured in image 3) right in front of the hotel to the city center – it's both cheap and fast.
The automated Yurikamome Line (pictured in image 2) is also worth taking. Shijō-mae Station is even closer on foot – just turn right out of the hotel, and you'll be there in about three minutes.
There's a large supermarket nearby (pictured in image 4) that closes at midnight. It offers a wide variety of items, and the prices are even better than the FamilyMart right outside the hotel.

The hotel room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy. The tap water in the bathroom was drinkable.
I extended my stay for an extra night and moved from a twin room to a king room. The room size felt similar, but because the king-size bed takes up less space than two twin beds, there was more room to open my suitcase.

The room was clean and had a nice view, but the closet space was tiny and they only provided two towels. The large public bath on the top floor was fantastic. The location is a bit out of the way; there's only one convenience store nearby, and it's not 24-hour, closing at 11 PM. Toyosu Market is right across the street.
Directly connected to Toyosu Station. Equipped with a large bath, offering panoramic views of the Tokyo Bay Area. The hotel is directly connected to the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line "Toyosu" Station, approximately 10 minutes from the Ginza area, providing a convenient location close to tourist attractions. Enjoy an elegant stay as if cruising through Tokyo.

Extremely satisfied! We were a group of 4 adults and 1 child, and we booked two rooms for three nights. It's very suitable for families with kids, and there are many Chinese guests staying here; we often ran into them in the elevator. One time, my child suddenly needed to use the restroom urgently while we were in the basement supermarket. I rushed him back to the room, and he was so anxious that he kept counting the elevator floors. Then, a boy next to us suddenly spoke in Chinese and said there was also a restroom in the lobby, haha, I was so flustered that I forgot! My parents were also very happy because the view was open, the room was spacious enough, and there was plenty of space to hang clothes, especially since we brought our own clothesline.

This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Tokyo for the same price range. It's located in Odaiba, and I absolutely love staying in such an open space! You can enjoy the night views of Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge. It's even listed as one of Asia's Top 100 Beautiful Hotels for 2025. The lobby is directly connected to Odaiba Station on the Yurikamome line, making transportation incredibly convenient!
The skybridge leads straight to a department store with tons of shopping and dining options. Gundam and the Statue of Liberty are right nearby, and there are even park walking paths – it's really great for families with kids.
I also highly recommend the teppanyaki restaurant on the hotel's top floor; the views are absolutely stunning! The breakfast also offers a wide variety of choices, just remember not to wear slippers there!
Far East Village Hotel Tokyo Ariake was built in 2020. There are 306 rooms in total on 14 floors. Close to event venues such as Tokyo Big Sight and Ariake Arena, and tourist spots such as Toyosu Market and Maihama. It's the perfect location. Just 5 minutes from the hotel to Tokyo Big Sight by free shuttle bus! Shuttle buses that go directly to the central bus terminal are very convenient for people involved in events, exhibitors, and others with large luggage. Functional items such as NURO Hikari's free high-speed Wi-Fi in the guest rooms, TVs with mirroring functions, and AI speakers support a comfortable business stay. A coin laundry is also available for long-term stays. Ariake Garden, a 3-minute walk away, has over 200 restaurants, Aeon supermarkets, and shops with daily necessities. Very convenient for meals and sudden shopping. In addition, there are many event venues nearby, such as Zepp Tokyo and Ariake Coliseum, so you can enjoy the event until the end without worrying about the last train.

Very nice hotel closer to Team Labs planet and Tokyo Disney, beautiful views from our room. Staff is so friendly representing Japanese culture.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Tokyo Ariake is one of the newest hotels in Tokyo, having opened in 2024. The hotel is conveniently located just 100m from Kokusai-Tenjijo Station and 13km from Haneda Airport. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Odaiba Marine Park, Tokyo Garden Theater and Ariake Arena all nearby. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel makes an excellent choice, as our guests consider this to be one of the cleanest hotels in the city. For guests traveling on business, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

1110206****This hotel is a hidden gem, located just about 100 meters from Shinjuku JR Station. Despite being in a quiet spot, it's surrounded by a very bustling commercial area with many large department stores, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. There's an express train that goes directly to the airport in about an hour. The room size is quite generous; you can open two large suitcases, which is a real bonus for Tokyo. Definitely recommended!
JjudaeaThe hotel's location is superb, a quiet haven amidst the city's buzz, with Shinjuku's main commercial area within walking distance. Airport bus stops and subway stations are also just a few minutes' walk away.
As expected, the hotel's cleanliness was up to Japanese standards. The service was attentive; upon check-in, the air conditioning had already been turned on, creating a comfortable environment. Toiletries provided were from P*OLA, and other personal care items were available for self-collection.
Highly recommended; it will be my top choice for my next stay.
MM543753****The overall location is quite good, just a 2-minute walk from Akihabara JR Station. There’s a Family Mart, Denny’s, and McDonald’s downstairs, so it’s very convenient to grab food quickly at any time.
Although the room isn’t large, which I believe is a characteristic of Tokyo, it is clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The entire journey would have ended pleasantly until we encountered a bald, tall male front desk clerk in the lobby. He did two things that made guests’ impressions of the hotel plummet.
If you can’t recognize him from my description of his appearance, there’s another way—he is the most passive-aggressive service staff member I’ve encountered in all of Japan.
First: We lost a room key. We admitted it directly at checkout and were willing to accept any form of compensation. He stated that we needed to pay 2000 Yen, and while we were taking out the money, he couldn’t resist making a few passive-aggressive remarks. It was as if guests coming for a vacation needed to accept his accusations and moral judgments.
The second incident: We checked out on the morning of the 5th and indicated that we would be checking in again on the 6th (we went to Fuji that night). The hotel staff saw our reservation for the 6th in the system and directed us to store our luggage in the storage room next to the elevator. When we checked in on the afternoon of the 6th, we suddenly found that our luggage was missing. At that point, we encountered the bald clerk again. He said to us: “Why didn’t you tell us you were storing your luggage for more than one day?”
We expressed our confusion and explained it kindly. I’m not sure if he had a comprehension issue or just wasn’t thinking clearly, but he kept insisting, “You should have told us in advance next time.” This request seemed to suggest to the guests: “Yes, we’re unprofessional, but so what? You could remind us. Since you didn’t remind us, it’s your fault. Please remind me next time that I’m unprofessional!”
I don’t understand why the hotel system has information displayed yet the hotel still makes mistakes. Guests check into hotels for vacation, not to endure his moral judgments and accusations. It seems like making people feel miserable is the goal and attitude of his work.
This otherwise nice hotel loses significant points because of this employee, which is really unfortunate.
YyidamAs it's a Japanese-style room, they've opted for a rather long entrance hall, which unfortunately makes the bedroom feel a bit cramped. However, despite the compact size, it's incredibly well-equipped. All essential amenities are provided, and even the bathroom isn't small, making it perfectly sufficient for a solo traveler to relax and unwind.
Right outside the hotel, there's a vibrant array of eateries, somewhat akin to Chinese street food stalls, making the evenings very lively. Plus, it's conveniently close to the subway station.
The top floor boasts a public bath and sauna, while the lounge area provides a free ice machine and complimentary ice cream. They even offer a free bowl of soba noodles in the evenings, which collectively makes it truly excellent value for money.
Self-service laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are also available on the top floor. You'll need to ask staff to activate them, and there's a charge for the dryer.
MM229235****The location is fantastic, super close to Higashi-Ginza Station – literally just 2 meters away! The hotel offers a pillow menu, complimentary pajamas, and a daily onsen (hot spring bath), meaning you don't have to squeeze into a tiny in-room shower. These thoughtful amenities alone make it a truly worthwhile choice! In the evenings, there's a complimentary welcome bar offering a variety of drinks to sample at your leisure, which definitely adds a fun touch to your trip. Plus, a Yoshinoya is conveniently located just about ten meters from the hotel entrance, ideal for grabbing a late-night gyudon after a long day of shopping. What a great bonus!
GGuest UserThe hotel was absolutely fantastic! It's compact but incredibly well-equipped, having everything you could possibly need. The staff provided excellent service, and there was a great variety of breakfast options in the morning. In the evenings, you could even unwind with a relaxing bath and a drink. I had initially worried the hotel's location might be a bit out of the way, but it turned out to be incredibly convenient during our stay. There's a Family Mart right downstairs, and nearby you'll find a subway station, Don Quijote, various beauty stores, and a plethora of delicious food options. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tokyo!
GGuest UserWe had a great time at the capsule hotel. The facilities are gender separated and we booked it for one night to get the capsule experience. Everything was clean but the bed was somewhat hard
GGuest UserBooked twin bed, get twin bed. But older building. There are 2 buildings. Large balcony though. However, there is dust all over the blacket when we got in. But the next day, dust is gone. The atmoshere was not quite pleasant, it was too crowded with loud and ignorant tourists. I bumped into one of them walked out off room with one underpant for an ice machine, can't believe this. Recommend not to stay in big cities during Chinese national holidays.
WWeiHooI have tried a few capsule hotels, this is by far the worst. My capsule was on the fifth floor, but the lockers are located on the fourth floor which is very inconvenient since the shower is on the eighth floor. There is a sitting area outside the capsule room which is an unsightly mess as shown in the pictures. The mattress is hard and uncomfortable. What bothered me the most is the door that supposed to shun off the noise from outside, made a loud noise when it closes. I wonder if they are not aware of it or no one complains to them. Imagine how many people comes in and out the entire night and the cranky noise disturbed my sleep. I hope the management will be made known of this default. I will never come back again.
GGuest UserI wrote a longer review of this place that covers the basics. After I ended a business trip I decided to stay on in Tokyo so just rebooked at this spot on the app. It seems like the staff here run bookings mostly with a hand written ledger --- when I mentioned to them I was staying longer they just made a note of it and then left me a message when it was confirmed, very chill.
Overall the staff at this place were pretty great. I was there for two weeks and in the time I was there I saw maybe like ten different people working there. As an English speaker, sometimes there was a language barrier, but it was never really a problem, and there is clear signage about all of the most important policies all over the place in English, Korean, and Chinese. It was always a friendly experience, most of the ppl working there were older with a kind of caring auntie vibe, so that was fun. At one point I asked to move bunks because a guy on my floor was super sick, and they arranged it with no hassle or fuss, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place for the staff.
