We're delighted with our decision to choose this hotel! The service was top-notch, particularly from Ms. Nandhini, who took great care of us. The banquet staff were also commendable, always greeting us with a warm smile and pleasant demeanor. Their hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.

Whenever, I visit Dindigul, I prefer this property. Comfortable check-in by the courteous front desk staff. Excellent room. Little disappointment – only on our request, the soiled bed linen was changed by the housekeeping staff. Tasty food and very good breakfast spread. Restaurant staff were courteous and friendly. Parking area in the basement was dark in day time and was a challenge to park the vehicle. Value for money..

The food and The ambience of the restaurant both were great. Ms.Thrisha who's one of the staff of the restaurant attend warmly to all our request and was really good at her job. Had a wonderful experience here. I can Strongly recommended this hotel

I stayed in vivera for 6days and I should say the service they gave me feel like home...Trisha for their kind hospitality,they always put a smile on their face which makes me more welcoming !! I used to take a big glass of coffee and Trisha remembered it and made sure I had the same every time I came for a coffee..that really shows how important they treat their customers will definitely prefer this place at any cost...

We stayed one night in Vivera Grande Dindugal, the hotel booking was swift and reception staffs friendly. Very disappointed with the breakfast service as only 2 of us waited for 30min just to get a seat for us to have breakfast, told the staff to arrange for table, but that didn't happen. We left without having breakfast. Very very bad service even after I told the staff, no proactive action. Please improve.

Vivera Grande Hotel At Dindigul i Sounds like a fantastic hotel!!!!!! The combination of modern luxury, cleanliness, and attentive staff is a winning formula. ........And being centrally located is always a bonus for guests..........
