They just focus on making money and nothing else. Their so called GM reluctant to talk to the customers??? You just keep repeating yourself and no one will ever listen to you!! Please don’t stay in this pathetic hotel even for free!!"

Every request was attended to with a smile, proving that true hospitality is about people, not just facilities. A very special thank you to Mr. Ram and Mr. Veeramani. You both were always there whenever we needed anything, ensuring every small detail was taken care of. Your warmth, patience, and personal attention made our reunion completely stress-free, allowing us to simply enjoy being together after so many years. My heartfelt appreciation goes to GM Mr. Rudramoorthi. Great hospitality always starts with great leadership, and it was evident everywhere we looked.
