The management and service here are really bad. The breakfast variety is very average, there is nothing. The waiters feel like they are owed a million dollars. It feels like there is no service at all. In addition, there was no hot water halfway through my shower. The waiter came over and said it was because the water was boiled with electricity and the previous person had used it up, so there was no hot water. Is this the so-called five-star standard? Seriously doubt Ctrip's five-star standard

也不知道是哪位大聰明設計的把空調外機安在卧室牆上，複式房間還要上個二樓樓梯。大晚上的空調噪音大的震耳發聵，半夜還停電關空調。酒店最基本的功能是讓旅客休息好，這種反人類的設計已經是硬傷了，沒法改變了。酒店未來發展會很艱難。

走海南中線經過的南麗湖，周邊的景點實在是普普，酒店本身算是社區配套。房間臨湖，景色還不錯，整體服務也可以，用餐除了酒店餐廳確實也沒地方可吃，酒店餐廳口味還是不錯的，有一個當地的魚還是印象深刻的。
