"There's a KTV upstairs and a mahjong parlor downstairs. It was incredibly noisy in the middle of the night. The hotel was completely irresponsible and ignored the noise. I changed hotels at 3 AM, and this one was terrible. I almost had a heart attack. The front desk said they would resolve it at midnight, but it was still not resolved by 3 AM... And the noise was at 50 decibels in the middle of the night..."
