Lovely accommodation that is convenient and easily accessible. Easy instructions and comfortable stay. Only wanted to reflect that the dryer was not working as expected so it would be good to keep closer tabs on them. Wifi could be strengthened as well where feasible. Other than that, its been perfect here and I would totally recommend coming!

Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!

This our first time going for an apartment and not a hotel, we were there for 6 days and it was a great experience. The one bedroom apartment was excellent, it was clean and well looked after, it had everything we needed and more. We would recommend, booking through the website, if you want free parking. It was close to some very nice restaurants and there is a shopping centre just a short walk away and the free Melbourne tram is just outside the main entrance.
