"We were disappointed with this hotel.  We are having a 6 week tour staying at hotels and motels along the southern Australian coast.  Standard wise, this was the worst. Hotel we had stayed in.  We stayed twice (with a side trip in the middle). The first room was just not clean, the bathroom mirror was really smeary and the bedroom mirror was covered in hand prints.  The carpet in the passageway of the 15th floor was filthy and also needed a good vacuum.  On our second stay, the standard of clean in the room was not much better and we did not get any room service on the second day despite hanging the request card on the door..  on the positive side,  the bed was comfy although you only get one large pillow. The hotel is conveniently located with a large precinct opposite, a short walk to the Quayside and trams taking you into the city without charge."

"The hotel is excellent, and I really love its aesthetic. The coffee is good too, and the location is very convenient, just 1-2 kilometers from the city center. Parking is quite expensive though, at 75 AUD per day."

"It was on amazing location one minutes walk to new year fireworks. Pizza, cafe, Bars, Woolies,Aldi, just down the building and district of Dockland shopping center in 3minites walk, 2 minutes walk to public parking. Appartments has its own car park that you have to pay extra. 24/7 help desk. Fully secured place. We enjoyed our stay. Beds in rooms were ok, sofa bed was not comfortable, you literally feel the springs poking your back. We were 5 people so we needed that extra bed which was disappointment."

"Overall, I was satisfied. The location is excellent, right next to Southern Cross Station, within walking distance to free tram stops and supermarkets, making getting around super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it offered great value for money. However, some facilities are a bit dated, and they don't provide disposable toiletries like toothbrushes, so I recommend bringing your own."

"I stayed at Nesuto Docklands for 2 nights during a work trip. The location is very convenient, there are plenty of eateries nearby, a supermarket right on the ground floor, and paid parking available. The room was decent and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, do note that they don’t provide bottled water or basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste, so you’ll need to bring your own."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands. Everything about our experience was wonderful. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. The water temperature was perfect—not too hot and not too cold—and our kids absolutely loved it. In fact, they didn’t want to get out! The view from the pool area was also amazing and made the experience even more special. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and well looked after. We will definitely stay here again in the future and have already recommended the hotel to our family and friends. A truly enjoyable stay!"

"Clean apartment in a very convenient location with good views. Apartment comes with washer and dryer so able to do laundry, also comes with sufficient amenities for a smooth stay. Location very convenient as mentioned, there is a tram station just at the entrance of the apartment. Facilities like gym and pool available but we did not visit these facilities. Parking available upon request but requires payment, but at acceptable rates.  Overall good stay and would choose to stay here again if I were to come back to Melbourne again for a trip! Note: only one air condition for the whole apartment, might be tad hot during summer."

"Overall it's very good. The location is also very good. There is a tram stop just downstairs from the hotel. ****The room is very large, the living room is also large, and there is a balcony The view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows is very beautiful and you can also see the Yarra River."

"Overall comfortable 1 night stay. Booking/Room as described, with all necessities provided. Staff were welcoming, warm and helpful. I would recommend Quest Docklands and would consider staying again myself. Fantastic location with walkable surroundings and nice sights! Smooth check-in & check-out process; precheck-in option is a great feature, I saw it too late to utilise. Air vents may need cleaning as it didn't feel as cool as expected, woke up a little sweaty but the humid morning could have been messing with temperature. Air definitely flowing though as had to fiddle with the curtains to minimise slight bumping sounds it was making against the frame. I appreciate the welcome letter, especially the clarification on the no smoking policy. Environmentally conscious attention, always a plus!"
