disappointing. they don’t even provide bottled water and charge for it, room showed quite a bit of wear and tear, room was dirty with significant amount of dust/i hope not mold at the ventilator, as shown in photo. carpets are dirty as well. bed and towels are clean thankfully

When I booked this room, the listing showed that it included a city view and a bathtub—unfortunately, I received neither. On top of that, there were no basic amenities like plates, cutlery, or even an oven or microwave to heat food, which is quite disappointing. The listing should clearly mention what is and isn’t included to avoid any confusion. I'm not sure whether the issue is with Trip.com or Vibe Hotel, but either way, it's very misleading. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate in the future. Thank you.

Amazing view and the room was super tidy! Bed could have been more comfortable but service was impeccable. Thomas who was a newer worker went above and beyond to help us. Even sending extra pillows up past midnight for my bad neck.

Lovely location, view was great too, could see the melbourne star and at night time the bridge was lit up and was beautiful, stayed on the 8th floor so the view was wonderful regardless, the gym and pool area were great as well as the bathroom and bed. maybe could focus more on deeper cleaning as the grout and skirting in the room and bathroom were a bit dirty

I’m really pleased with the service provided by the GSA working late night on 20/05. She was quick with our check in and saved the evening by providing us the charging cord which I couldn’t purchase anywhere nearby. Please extend my thanks to her.
I loved the room that was given to us , beautiful view of the bridge and the wheel, the room was spotless and I specially love the amenities from O&M for body care.
The hotel itself is less than a minute from the light rail so very convenient for commute.
Just a few observations:
I couldn’t check out with the GSA which is not a big deal in itself but I couldn’t return the charging chord to the receptionist myself because no body was at the desk when I came down to check out apart from a few airline crew. Since I was in the hurry I dropped the key in express check out box and handed the chord to the airline crew to pass it onto the GSA.
Me and my partner also felt that the room’s AC did not cool to our satisfaction , we did call reception to use their central control to manually lower it but we didn’t feel any difference. AC made it slightly challenging to sleep as we preferred.
Overall; wonderful. Me and my partner definitely will be returning .

Cool clean modern rooms that are quiet and boast wonderful views of the working port of Victoria Harbour, convenient tram or walk to Southern Cross and amenities that include rooftop pool, gym and a lovely by breakfast spread! Highly recommend 🦄

Normally excellent. No teaspoons in the room this time and no pool towels at the gym/pool in the morning.
