"Decent hotel, you pay for what you get. It’s pretty reasonable for the price for 2 nights. We arrived at 1+am and there was service crew at the reception. Check in was super smooth. Room size is alright, bathroom was alright. There is no toiletries which is alright. It’s near to the airport and there is airport transfer provided which is great!"

"Great hotel but somehow some of the hotel workers are rude and unprofessional especially the one in the restaurant area. Made an upfront payment for breakfast during check in but upon breakfast, they mentioned that I dont have access for breakfast. After few checking, they mentioned that i can proceed to get my breakfast. When Im taking my breakfast the staff simply took away my plate and humiliated me by saying that I don’t have access to breakfast in front of everyone. They asked me to step out from the restaurant and do the checking again and i asked them to verify either the front desk and only confirmed that I have paid for breakfast. What make thing worse is they never say sorry after that."

"My wife and I stayed at this hotel in late April-early May. Great location, private beach, spacious apartment-room with a beautiful view of the city or the sea. Overall, everything is great! Important for those who go to the hotel: there are no restaurants or cafes in the hotel (accordingly, it is impossible to buy breakfast for an additional fee), but the presence of a kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave and all the necessary details of a person's everyday life (washing machine, dishwasher) in the room + a huge number of cafes and supermarkets nearby does not create problems with food. Also, upon check-in, a deposit of 1000 QAR is paid for the entire stay, returned after check-out, so you need to be prepared for such expenses from the very beginning:) Otherwise, my best recommendations for accommodation!!!"

"The hotel's location was a major highlight, situated in the heart of the business district. My room was spacious and very comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The fantastic views from the room added to the experience. Breakfast was enjoyable, offering a diverse selection of delicious food. The 24-hour gym was well-equipped and highly convenient."

"Doha's beaches are paid, and the Westpac Hotel & Suites' biggest advantage is the vouchers for free access to Doha Sands Beach. It's an easy walk. The sea is beautiful in the fall and spring; the water is cold in winter and boiling hot in summer. Entrance without a voucher is around R$100, slightly less on weekdays. A towel and a bottle of water are provided on the beach. Comfortable sun loungers are available, including double loungers. There's a canopy. Indoor dining is available, along with a bar, water activities, volleyball, and table tennis. Prices are average: lemonade is R$18, pizza is R$25-40. Burgers, ice cream, and coffee are also available. We booked a one-bedroom suite for two adults and a teenage child. We arrived late at night, very tired, and received a free upgrade to a two-bedroom suite. It's a huge apartment with a kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. There's a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator. We only used the refrigerator. There's an indoor pool, but we didn't use it. Everything is clean and beautiful, with bright colors. We were very comfortable. Thank you so much to Westpac Hotel & Suites for this bonus; this room was much more expensive. The elevator is summoned with a card and only goes to your floor. The breakfast was delicious, with hot food and snacks. Nothing fancy. The room is small, but the staff cleared tables quickly, and we didn't have to wait. If I had to find fault, I'd say: 1. The kitchen floor was always wet; the source of the water was unclear; we didn't use the kitchen. There are no cutlery or utensils. 2. You have to wait a while for hot water to come from the tap. 3. The windows are dirty, which ruins the beautiful view. The only place I've seen dirtier is in New York. When booking this hotel, I looked for reviews, but there were very few. I hope my review helps someone decide and have a wonderful vacation in this wonderful country. For me, this is the safest, cleanest, most peaceful, and most beautiful place to relax. "Very nice stay in this hotel. It's actually a series of.different hotels in the same souk waqif area and between them they have pretty much everything. Location is superb, certainly for a first time in Doha. Near the Metro too so it's easy to get around. The staff were extra helpful and eager to please. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. Possibly the most comfortable bed ever, even better than marriott. It's a 5 star with a few teething problems, but the friendly staff more than make up for any short comings. Recommended."

"Front desk staff is amazing on all given duty timings while the Housekeeping was bad on service. They don’t turned up despite confirming to clean the room. Moreover, a housekeeper tried to enter the room without any bell with another guest with master key while I was inside the room. Perhaps unknowingly, yet, this should have been highly avoided keeping the privacy of the guest."
