"My name is Bader Alali from Bahrain, even though the hotel is a 3 stars hotel, I was actually extremely surprised by how amazing this hotel is, it does deserve more than 3 stars with the excellent services provided. Cleanliness, interaction, house keeping, location, literally everyone was extremely nice and extremely helpful and hospitable. I had the experience from the 18th of November till the 22nd of November.
Extremely happy and satisfied with every single second in the hotel. I assure that any other time i am coming to doha, ill 100% book the same hotel. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED."

"Wonder Palace Hotel, Doha
I stayed at this hotel but decided to leave due to two main issues:
1. Late Checkout Problem – They strictly ask guests to check out by 12 PM and do not allow even a 30-minute extension. This is not flexible or guest-friendly, especially for frequent travelers.
2. Parking Issue – The hotel does not provide valet parking. No driver or parking assistant is available during day or night. The hotel has only 27 parking spots in the B1 basement and around 6 in front of the building, which are usually full. So we are forced to park far away and walk back to the hotel – very inconvenient, especially with luggage or in hot weather.
Why can’t the hotel keep just two valet drivers – one for the daytime and one for night? This is a basic service that many hotels manage easily. If they really don’t have drivers, I’m happy to provide one from my own company.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their services for future guests."

"Booked this hotel for a layover, just hoping for something cheap and clean. It turned out to be surprisingly good. Early check-in was offered for an extra 100 RMB, but I opted to wait in the lobby instead (it was quiet and tucked away from the front desk). "Overall, the hotel does not worth this price. The lobby and building are ok. If you travel alone, that room can be a little bit uncomfortable in vibe. Staff were nice.
Cleanliness: the room was clean. However, it smelled like old building, can emit their own odors over time. The scents in toilet is so bad, like sewage when I turned off ventilation during night time.
Location: it is closed to Souq Waqif with around 18 mins walk. The area was quiet and safe. It can take sometimes to the airport, so I took Uber to go there.
Service: people were friendly and even upgrade the big room for my family. They’re trying to make it easy for you. Amenities: the room and building were too old. Lighting is doomed. It’s bathtub, toilet were worn out and there’s defects. The hairdryer was historical and noisy. There was a lock door inside the master bedroom which is a bit creepy."

"The room was very clean and large. Feras, the front desk staff from Jordan was very friendly. The check-in procedure was smooth and quick. Unfortunately, there was light leakage between the curtain box and the curtain, with a gap of about 15 cm. I can't imagine that the curtains in a five-star hotel room would leak light. I checked in at 3:30 AM, and it was about 4 o'clock after I washed and went to bed. The light woke me up at 7 o'clock in the morning, and I didn't sleep well, which affected my schedule for the day. This is my fourth and last time staying in this hotel"

"The room was nice and spacious and the cleaners and dell boys are very good. Very clean rooms. I had an issue with my room, they gave us a smaller one to the one on the pictures, but the lady receptionist who looked maybe Chinese was very helpful.
The Egyptian and black receptionists were very rude and not accommodating. I found them to be very abrupt and not welcoming. Considering they are the first impression of the hotel and the ones you regularly contact for help this made the stay quite unpleasant. Luckily our car was parked in the basement so we never had to pass them and went straight to the car.
We asked for cutlery they said the kitchen was closed. I’ve never experienced this before, then when we ordered a talabat delivery they refused to send in to the room and when we went to reception is was very rude and said I don’t know where it is go ask the dell boy - like he was above the query. Honestly the reception needs to be improved drastically.
The only reason I would stay again is because it was cheap, and I was happy with the room."

Throughout our trip, staff pre-empted our needs as a family and politely offered assistance. The housekeeping staff were especially sweet and kind towards my children, and the golf cart drivers made good friends with us. The ladies' gym is exceptionally outstanding. Powder Room is a fantastic highlight. Everything was arranged with sensitivity to privacy for modest ladies.' Welcome to Qatar message was lovely. We hope to have our next big family reunion here in future.
One thing that did not meet our expectations was a personalised welcome for the children. On our last trip, we did find messages and activities prepared for them in the room upon our arrival. I am not sure the hotel has considered personalised Welcomes for older children or teenagers. I would appreciate seeing this done in future.
Also, some guests appeared to be dressed in underwear on the private beach. More attention to modesty would be a good way forward for an iconic hotel in a Muslim country.

First off, the hotel’s location is perfect—conveniently situated with easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming service was top-notch. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and inviting.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end toiletries and a fantastic rainfall shower.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s dining options. The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety, catering to all tastes, and the quality of food was outstanding. I also enjoyed the hotel’s serene spa and fitness center, which added a great touch to my stay.
Overall, my experience at Park Hyatt Doha was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Doha. I will definitely return in the future!

GGuest UserThis was my first business trip to Qatar, and I only stayed for a day. The hotel facilities were excellent, the bedding was top-notch, and the internet speed was very good. The breakfast was also fantastic and very varied. The only minor downside was that toothpaste wasn't provided, but fortunately, I always carry my own. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and it's also conveniently close to the airport.

AAnonymous UserChecked in to this hotel without much expectation but both my friend and I are impressed with our room. We were welcomed with a cooling room where the aircon was already switched on. We appreciated this as the external temp was 37-38c. Room is clean, huge and nicely decorated. Bed is comfy and sheet is smooth.
Staff were also kind enough to allow us to stay past the check out time as our flight was pretty late.
If I must nitpick, the shower screen door cannot be closed properly hence water flowes out while showering. And also, we were given with a small bottle of shower gel so we had to ration our usage.

TThe.snacking.gypsyI had an absolutely seamless and memorable experience during my recent stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah. The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport by cab, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Its central location also provides easy access to many of Doha’s key landmarks, shopping areas, and restaurants.
From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff stood out. I would especially like to mention from Housekeeping team Saurov, Lakhinder, and Damodar also others at the front desk, as well as the in-room dining team, who made my stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming.
The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, clean linens, and soft towels. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as a hairdryer, vanity kit, dental kit, room slippers, and prompt laundry services. The overall experience felt like receiving five-star service at a three-star price.
As a solo traveler, I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s focus on security. The level of safety and attentiveness made me feel very secure throughout my stay. This is something I value deeply, and it made a significant difference in my overall comfort.
The hotel also offers a range of food and beverage outlets, with a great selection of meals and snacks. I enjoyed the happy hours and special discounts available to in-house guests, which made dining in both enjoyable and affordable.
Overall, my stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah was outstanding. AAdrian LemaI ve got a problem with my flight and I arrived one day later and they manage to get the room and don’t cancel the booking.
Not a bad choice but there s no view from the rooms. And I particularly had a problem, when I came back to the hotel on the first day after sightseeing , my room door was opened… I didn’t know why, and also the do not disturb sign was hungered on the handle. I called the reception and they said that no one came into the room.
I needed to make sure that all my items were ok!
I ven been to Doha many times but always in different hotel and this never happened.
