My rooms were not ready at 3:00 pm upon check-in. In addition, I requested for both rooms to be in the same floor, however, they gave me the room after 5 hours from check-in

I really loved their service! We were there to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, and when the front desk found out, they arranged a room with a better view for us. Although we waited for over an hour, they made us feel very satisfied by letting us wait in the VIP lounge. The service was excellent, the view was beautiful, and the location was very convenient—several malls were within walking distance, and it was close to the metro. Definitely worth staying!

Had the most brilliant stay at this beautiful hotel Didn’t have a room available when checking in, so ended up with a five bedroom apartment with a front room and own kitchen Was amazing Staff was so friendly and helpful Breakfast was so lovely all fresh and delicious Defiantly 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend this hotel Beautiful beaches not far as well

Excellent location that is close to ciity center and gate malls. Walking distance to other near by Resturants. Very friendly staff and fancy room with living room and kitchen. Highly recommended

The room is clean, the check-in experience is very good, the view is also great, there are many types of breakfast, the service staff are very thoughtful and enthusiastic, I will choose this hotel next time, it's a great trip!

I asked three times before they brought them I wanted to extend my stay, but the service was so bad that I decided to stay for one night and leave

Hotel in the tourist center. Nearby attractions. Large swimming pool and many facilities of the hotel. Super buffet including two meals. Perfect for a stopover in Doha. Small and old room

What a super hotel and probably one of the best that we have ever stayed in! Hotel is extremely clean and modern, with all the facilities that you would need. Breakfast was amazing and staff went out of their way to make sure we felt like royalty! Our room was super nice and had a beautiful view overlooking the Doha Skyline - incredible. Staff were all amazing, always polite and helpful. Rooftop bar is great way to spend an evening with views overlooking Doha. Our best part was when we arrived early from the airport ( 9am) and we were taken to the breakfast room where we were given free tea and breakfast until our room was ready. What an amazing start - thankyou Alwady for an incredible holiday.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great and near the souq which we think is the best part of Doha and the authentic experience. The hotel apartments could use some renovations and upgrades here and there to improve its quality.
