It was an extremely pleasant stay at the Residences! From the arrival down to the departure, everybody was so accommodating. Special thanks to Jamil from the Bell team who was there with us upon arrival and our departure as well ensuring that we were well taken care of. I came across different people in Reception and they were all so kind but it is unfortunate that I was unable to get all of their names. The housekeeping team did an outstanding service each time they came to make up the room and it made our stay much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire Steigenberger team for taking care of my family for their first time in Doha! I would definitely come back here if given the chance to ＜3

Great hotel. Abit tight during breakfast time and lots of waiting around for the fresh egg. For a big hotel they need a bigger restaurant area. Was told we would get American and continental breakfast upon check in but was given basic. Table wasn’t taken for days. For a 5 star hotel its cleanliness is good but service could be better. Feel like they know they going to get customers as it’s a chain hotel. Best bit was the heated toilet seat 😂
