Orange Hotel (Dongguan Songshan Lake store)

The smell is a bit bad, cockroaches are infested near the sink, and the toilet paper box is moldy.

The weather was bad on May Day, so I booked a room on the day of departure. The handsome guy provided good service, upgraded the room for free, and answered questions enthusiastically. The room was large and clean, with a smart toilet. There was freshly ground coffee in the lobby, and I watched the waiter add beans and bottled Nongfu Spring water to the coffee machine. I also liked the style of the lobby decoration, which was very 🍊. It would be even better if the breakfast was better.

The hotel service is great. As soon as you enter the door, you will feel at home. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and very comfortable. I highly recommend it! The only drawback is that there is no breakfast to eat when you go to breakfast at 9:30, and there are too few types.

I went to Dongguan for three days and two nights and booked a suite in this hotel. There should be only one suite, and the overall feeling was very good. The room is very spacious and has two bathrooms. It uses a smart home. Although not every appliance can be used, it is convenient and will automatically sense. Even the toilet is smart. The room has a bathtub configuration, and disposable bathtub covers are also provided. The suite is on the 20th floor, with high floors and open views. Some oranges were placed at the front desk for guests to eat, and the entire decoration matched the name with an orange theme. What needs to be improved is that I don’t know if the hotel has set up a timer to turn off the air conditioner. The air conditioner automatically turned off at about 2 o’clock in the morning on both days. The do not disturb signal was turned off automatically in the room. I finished breakfast on the first day of my stay. When I returned to the room, I found that my aunt was cleaning, because I had pressed do not disturb, but it was automatically turned off. But the aunt is also very polite and responsible. In addition, in the breakfast section, there are not many styles, the vegetables taste good, but not much else. There are few beverage choices, only milk, soy milk, and coffee. The hygiene can be improved. We came by car, and the parking lot is limited. There is an underground garage, but because it is shared with other places, it is more limited. If we go back late, we may have to park on the roadside or nearby. Hotel customers in the parking lot do not have to pay, they just need to scan the code at the front desk. However, I see that almost everyone has to scan the code at least twice to successfully get out of the car. I hope it can be improved. There are guests on the same floor smoking in the corridor, but luckily we can't smell it in the room. In this hotel, you can order takeout, and you can go to the front desk to get it yourself or have it delivered to your door by a robot, but the guests basically just leave it at the door of the corridor after they finish eating. Overall, the overall feeling of the room is good. Every aspect of the room is clean, convenient and practical. I will choose to stay in a hotel of the same group next time.

The service is very good, each room is very clean, the toiletries are also very good, unlike some hotels where the toiletries are fake and slippery. It is very comfortable to stay in, and I also like the full intelligent control. However, the breakfast is average because it is outsourced, which is different from other Orange Hotels.
