Best value for money, no complain, clean, comfy bed and pillows as always, above shopping malls, conveneint to eat and shopping. Breakfast was good but it's inside the mall at underground level. Overall short stay is good for business traveller.

We booked a mountain view room and it was very much worth the money spent. Hotel itself was good for a 3 star rating, however not many eateries downstairs, we need to take taxi to go around.

Friendly personal as usual, asked to check out an hour later and they had no problems with that. My friend and I stayed in room 5408 and it comes with a superb view. Will always comeback here when staying in Humen.

The building and room was adequately maintained and clean, albeit there were stains on the carpet and some broken outlets with cracks or loose fitted on the wall. The room was furnished nicely with a desk and chair but the TV was poor quality with static and a blurry picture. The AC in my room did not work even though it was set to 10 Celsius and on “High Mode”. I woke up with sweat and needed a shower. The Kansas City restaurant advertised was closed and the first Bella Donna restaurant appeared closed since all the lights were turned off and only one waiter was in the area, but he allowed me to have dinner and the food brought out was good quality and portion size. The area around the hotel is not great as you will need to get a car to go somewhere interesting. I walked down some of the streets, there is nothing close by of interest. The doorman kept staring at me when I would enter or exit the building, he would open the hotel door but not the car door. Sometimes he was not there. Overall, a good stay but the money you pay is in the quality of your room and bed. The hotel was very quiet, played good music around the building and smelled very good. Happy with my stay. I would come again.

The location is good! Friendly front desk staff very professionally and helpful. Especially will like to give lady front desk staff Xiao Hui(小慧）a thumb up 👍! Only the breakfast there are room to improve.
