設施老舊，電梯一股黴味，窗台一層灰，空調外機比路邊的車還響，晚上沒有冷水，水質渾濁發黃。傢俱生銹起皮，真的太差了😤。

酒店前台熱情，環境乾淨，設施齊全，尤其是地理位置太好了，離海灘兩百米的距離，離萬尾海鮮農貿市場也不算遠，不是高峯期時，開車幾分鐘的路程，但我們是五一期間住，遊客較多，酒店可以加工海鮮還借了我們電瓶車去海鮮市場省了不少堵車的時間，超級方便。體驗感很不錯，太喜歡他家這位置了。

好評，酒店離金灘很近，走路幾分鐘；老闆人很好，因為受颱風影響入住後一直下雨，第二天一早就退了房準備出發北海，結果出去後雨停了，就去金灘打卡，然而突如其來的暴雨把我們一行人淋成落湯雞，又折回去酒店換洗，給老闆打掃也增加了難度，挺不好意思的.......大家出行一定記得關注天氣

東興的旅遊沒有防城港和北海商業化開發這麼嚴重，酒店性價比不錯，床品是挺衞生的，房間是簡單翻修過了，但沒下血本，前台服務挺好，我們延遲退房都很好商量

好傢伙，剛睡着空調後半夜停了，熱醒了，床單都是濕的，沒空調睡不了啊。穿衣服跑樓下前台，過來弄好，差不多過了一個小時好不容易有點睡意又停了。。。真是扯淡，又下去一樓找，後半夜1點半折騰到4點了，衞生間沖水需要技術，就問你咋樣！
