We asked for a room change, and the manager said that there was no room of the same level, and we could only change to a room of a lower level than ours, and we did not accept it. First of all, it was almost 11 o'clock in the evening, and they asked us to pack our luggage and change rooms. Have you ever considered that the guests are very tired? Secondly, I called the front desk, and the attitude of the front desk was more arrogant than mine, ****, and there was no apology. If we had a good attitude, we would not be like this."
