This hotel is right outside the cross border facilities. It has good restaurants. It also has a rooftop viewing platform that has a panoramic view of both Vietnam side and the Tung Hing city.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious and clean. The view from the room is nice. The buffet breakfast has a great variety. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. All staff members were friendly and polite. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time and will recommend it to friends and families who would be traveling to Dongxing.

We travelled to DongXing as a family of 4 and stay at the best available hotel here. This is by far the best DongXing has to offer. The rooms is very spacious and clean. This is the 2nd time we had stayed at Ramada Plaza. The location is perfect for travel over to Vietnam as its only a couple of mins walk away. And a big plus as we're right by the main shopping area of DongXing. Lots of cuisines to choose from and fantastic value for money. Will be back sometime in the next couple of yrs with visa ready to cross over to Japan. A final note is the view from our rooms. Vietnam right on the other side.

The little girl at the front desk of the hotel is very patient and gentle. She wholeheartedly solves various problems for customers. She deserves praise! The hotel room is very large and has a pleasant view. From the room, you can see the Vietnam National Gate and Mangshi, Vietnam opposite, which is very unique! Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel. It's clean and the service is good (the robot won't call the front desk when ordering late-night snacks to remind me when it's about to arrive). I took my kids swimming and watched the night view from the rooftop observation deck. The hotel is in a good location. You can walk out from several check-in points in the Guomen Scenic Area. Including several check-in restaurants (if you want to buy Saigon coffee, don’t order cat poop and Saigon coffee has the same flavor as ordinary coffee, so don’t waste your money)
Although there are six elevators (I can’t remember clearly, it’s either six or seven), it’s a bit congested during peak hours, so you should be mentally prepared when checking in.
