Elegant digs in a perfect location
We knew we wanted to stay in the Kunsthofpassage but Gerald’s flat was even more delightful than we hoped. Beautifully furnished (no ikea here) and impeccably located, the apartment was the perfect central stay for me and my (adult) son. My favorite parts were the gorgeous wide floorboards (old but no creaking!) and the best lighting I have ever experienced in a rental flat. Not only was there ENOUGH light, the quality of the light was warm and lovely, and you could turn different lights on and off to make cozy areas. The apartment is not large but the high ceilings, beautiful huge arched windows, and intelligent planning (not to mention the outdoor patio) make it just the right size. Vielen dank, Gerald! Ruhe-Oase mitten in der Neustadt
Wir haben den Kurzurlaub sehr genossen - Wohnung tip-top, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und unsere Fahrräder haben auch einen sicheren Platz im Hausflur gefunden. Nach hinten raus eine Terrasse, vorm Haus sehr schöne Geschäfte, Cafés etc. Parken war in einer Nebenstraße möglich - 12/Tag.

Alles wie angegeben, alles wunderbar sauber und in bester Lage. Extrem ruhig, da keine Seite der Wohnung an eine befahrene Straße grenzt.
Checkin und Kommunikation hat auch sehr gut geklappt. Der Vermieter ist sehr Hilfsbereit.
