"Stayed for one night, with my friend. Considering the price, facility, location, room condition was quite nice. And the staff service was the best. There was an unexpected strong smell of cigarette in the room, but when I informed this to the front desk, the staff immediately apologized and kindly gave us new room. New room was in great condition. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!"

"The hotel is located near St. John's Church on Dresden Square. The staff are polite and friendly, and the rooms are spacious and stylish. Our room faced a residential house, and we felt like we were immersed in the local area and experiencing German life!"

"It took few tram stops from the main station but the other tourist spots are walkable from the hotel - christmas market and other shopping mall are located around the corner. The only downside the the tiny and semi-translucent shower booth - not convenient and suitable for friends - the room and bed are both small"

"The hotel's location is impeccable, right next to the Church of Our Lady, and all the Old Town attractions are within walking distance. The room was very clean, and while it's an older hotel, you can tell it's well-maintained. There are charging ports by the bed, including regular outlets and USB-C/USB. However, the bed was a bit small; I booked a 180cm bed, but it felt more like 160cm. Being able to get water (still, sparkling, or lightly sparkling) was a nice convenience. The free sauna, swimming pool, and outdoor jacuzzi felt like a proper vacation, which was great. The only minor drawback was that the male staff were polite but not very enthusiastic, whereas the female staff were much better – very helpful and always smiling. But then again, it's Germany, so don't expect too much in terms of service! 😂"

"Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning."

"Its excellent location, on the Prager Strasse shopping street, placing it within a 15-minute walk of Dresden's historic Old Town and major attractions like the Frauenkirche and Zwinger Palace. The main train station (Hauptbahnhof) is an 8 to 10-minute walk away. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Room is small but comfortable and cleanliness. Breakfast is okay, basic food."

"Check in was quick, welcome titbits, drinks. Free drink vouchers per pax ea per night if u dont have daily cleaning. Can still xchange towels, reqt toiletries from reception. Microwave, plates, bowls cutleries brought to rm upon reqts. Staff attentive, helpful n diligent. Hotel easily reachable from Dresden Neustadt Trn station. 15mins stroll. Tram svc 3 n 13 goes to town, Theatreplatz. Lidl, 400m down road from hotel. Netto 700m uproad from hotel. Buying food, bread, milk, drinks, fruits easy peazy. Use a Visa/MC Debit no worries about forex. I would recommend this hotel. Its clean, room a good size. Layout good..double doors, one into room, a 2nd separating sleeping from foyer/toilet. Card already in main power socket, no need to use one of the room card. One of the better 3-4stars hotel, I have stayed in."

"This hotel is highly recommended for any trip to Dresden. It boasts an excellent location in the Old Town, just about 70-80 meters from the archway between the two large statues featured in the famous Lonely Planet photo. The rooms are spacious (rare in Europe), fully equipped, with complimentary drinks in the refrigerator and a capsule coffee machine. The service was also very satisfactory. It's conveniently located for all the famous attractions in the Old Town, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Dresden."

"The location of the hotel is very close to the substation, you can reach it either by walking in 10 minutes or by taking the tram in front of it in 5 minutes. The rooms are spotless, and the beer bar on the ground floor is very enjoyable."
