We drove from Nicosia with our 3-year-old daughter for a nice weekend getaway, but unfortunately, our expectations were quickly shattered. The hotel was understaffed, and the food was awful. The dinner seemed to be just leftover breakfast from the morning. The breakfast itself was also terrible, with poor-quality food. The plates and glasses were dirty, and the most shocking part was that the cake served at breakfast had fungus on it, yet it was still being served to guests, including children! For families, especially those traveling with kids, be cautious. After all this, there was no compensation or apology from management, except for a brief apology from a waiter named Maria. We decided to check out early and moved to another hotel to avoid potential food poisoning. This hotel is far from being a 4-star establishment—I'd even hesitate to rate it 3 stars. A total waste of money and a major disappointment."

What i liked: Good breakfast and Clean Rooms Unfortunately the negatives overshadowed the positive experience. What i didn't like : 1) The Manager was very rude and Arrogant about an issue that came up. 2) The 4G/5G Antennas on the top of the Hotel

I didnt get the room I booked and when I went down to the reception,the manager told me if I don't like it,I can leave. The room I was in smelled like mold and that's because the humidity in this place is always high everything is soaked wet the floors the seating area the windows,no proper air flow throughout the rooms Never again

Very well located easy to find.Reception was helpful though not over informative of facilities .Room was a village facing 2nd floor standard room facing over top of reception and car park.downside being woken at 0630 by staff and vehicles making deliveries.Room was very clean not dated though shower was over bath not ideal if you have mobility issues,tea and coffee provided though not replaced and bottled water provided on first day but not on following days.Nice bar with full range of drinks and pricing reasonable. Had dinner in the restaurant food well presented enjoyable at a far price. Breakfast was plentiful and very enjoyable ,big tip if your English and like your tea take your own teabags just saying!. Would we stay again definitely a beautiful location in an area of cyprus That many wouldn’t normally see and yet is still only 20 minutes from beautiful beaches.

We stayed fora couple of nights at the hotel, we were given an upgrade to a junior suite. The room was good and clean the in room facilities were as expected. The breakfast buffet was very good and had plenty of choice. We were lucky enough to eat outside and enjoyed the view. The team were very good an all areas and the reception team were informative and gave us some good ideas of local things to do. We would return again

Droushia Heights Hotel is a true gem in the village, offering a beautiful setting and comfortable accommodations. However, the reception staff falls short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were met with a lack of warmth and professionalism. The receptionist did not greet us with a smile or even a simple hello, making us feel unwelcome. When we asked for some information, we were made to feel uncomfortable. Kleoniki, in particular, could benefit from improving her attitude and approach to guests.

I recently stayed at Drushia Heights, and my experience was exceptional. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort ensuring a memorable stay. A standout aspect of my stay was the exemplary service provided by the staff. Kleoniki at the reception deserves special mention. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and gave us a special attention. Very thankful for that. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

What a disappointment from the beginning of arriving. Booked this trip and paid extra for a suite which we did not get and when we queried it were told non available. The reception staff very clinical not welcoming, and on arrival informed only a la carte menu only in the restaurant that evening at the cost of €100. The room was a standard overlooking supposedly the village, but actually it was the car park. We were not given any information about breakfast times WiFi etc... We were so angry that we left the hotel within two hours of arriving. What was even more annoying reception called me at 11.50 the following day to ask us to check out at which point I told her of our dissatisfaction and she was supposed to call me back, but I am still waiting.
